A seriously underrated and overlooked gameboy game.
One of my favourites. Takes a lot of skill, though there's also luck.
Great to know. I'm looking for pinball games for gameboy pocket. This must be a winner 🏆
I like how the screen isn't constant jumping up and down. It stays in each section a while. Better on the eyes.
I played this game a lot when I had a Gameboy
I never get an extra life prize at the upperest stage.
You're awesome, dude!
Plays like shit. Just hits buttons and no control over the ball. Just proves how easy this game is.
Used to play the hell out of this back in the day. The music is so catchy, even though it just loops. The sounds go with it perfectly. I used to like to mess with the color pallets on the game boy color when id play this.
I had this game in 1991 when I was 12/13. Loved it!❤
I'd say that this game has a lot of the sounds and gameplay from Kirby's Pinball Land...then i see, this game was released three years before...
Both games are from hal laboratory
Thanks for this, I look forward to harassing Sakurai about adding Anachronistic Anthropomorphic Dancing Biking Gator into the next Smash Bros. game.
Watching this game when I played this a lot when I was little makes me feel like a kid again
nice glitching @10:50 ^_^
really nice audio.
It seemed like there were a lot more levels when I played this as a kid. I guess it just took me a long time to get that good!
I remember this game! My step sister had it and I would play this whenever I visited my dad. I never was good at this though :P
After 30 years I still hum the intro song
This game is way older than I am
10 years old (1990)
Still have it . Good Game
Damn forgot about this game
The title screen makes me think of an early episode of Seseme Street.
this gaem give me nightmare
uh it isn't just me so
pogchamp!!!
How do you get an extra life? There's three and I can't have another one! ^^
You have to complete the uppermost table in order to earn extra balls.
🐊👌
I haven’t seen this game in over 30 years! All the little sounds and visuals just took me back.
That opening cinematic tho! Lol such a classic & staple of my childhood
My dad gave me this game when school ended for the holidays. Played it all summer long and beyond. Good times.
Such a cute intro.
Are you here because Watchmojo disappointed you? haha, this might've been my most played game... trying to remember the others. Tetris is all I can think of atm.
dustindo I have (well, _had_) no idea what Watchmojo is... Got here because Shmorky referenced it in the intro screen of his new game (butthug.com/post/70007068241/tubeadventurepress).
But I just bought this on eBay because seriously. It looks like a game that just needs to be part of my collection.
Er, what does this have to do with Watchmojo? I'm not being critical, just curious.
With derpy alligators dancing and the other two waving hello.
Legendary game, for a simpler time ☺️
Whoever is playing this longplay is incredibly good. Despite playing this for years as a kid, I never found Bonus Stage 3, and reaching Bonus Stage 2 was a rarity (much less beating it). Just witnessing Bonus Stage 3 made me so happy! This game rocks.
I play this game everyday at work as well as elevator action. I would make it bonus stage 3 but as soon as it releases the ball the bastard hits the bumper and goes straight dor the sides and proceed to go down back never giving me a chance lol
might be save states
„Incredibly good“????? This guy has very much luck and that he is everything but incredibly good is perfectly visible at 24:04 where he didn’t raise the right paddle 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
@@jurgenfrohwonne When that much luck shows up consistently, that means it's really just skill. :) The 24.04 part seems like they got tired and just wanted to end the game altogether! Still love this game, it's tough.
I play the HELL out of this game back when I had the brick GameBoy. Even though that GB and the game got jacked, I ultimately bought another copy. Aww yeah. Fun to dig it out and play for nostalgia's sake.
I used to love this game as a kid
Them dancing gators though :3
You got to love those cloudy animation styles
I downloaded this from the 3DS eshop as I love pinball. This is a really cute and fun pin game, looks good for its age. There's no function to nudge the table, but the ball mechanics at least play like a real table.
This was my first game boy game. Always loved it. And now my daughter loves it too. She’s only 4. ❤
This was probably my favorite game back in the gb era
great gameboy game for a pinball game this is a lot of fun the graphics are good the gameplay is fun the sound good i do love playing this game overall i give this game 9 gators out of 10 if you don't have this game add it to your gameboy collection
Damn dude, you were pretty good at this game.
I agree this is neat
Looks like a sequel to NES Pinball.
Love this game
I remember playing this game at some friend's house
I did find this when I was younger
I remember playing this game that one time
This game is 33 years older than I am
I remember when I owned a Gameboy color when I was 7.. a friend of mine gave me this game, even though it had no color this was the best game I played on my gameboy color lol I still hum the music, and its been years since I've heard or seen this game ever again, I lucked out and found it by matching the tune I remembered XD Music gives you great memories lol
I hope they bring this back for 3DS Virtual Console.
Nostalgia - bought this on vacation in Portugal summer of 1994, played A LOT that summer.
this is just a gameboy version of Rollerball with the sfx almost being the same. it is made by the same company as this is, HAL, so of course it does
A li'l trivia, this game was made by the same people who made "Kirby's Pinball Land," (another good, and very interactive pinball Gameboy game) which explains why some of the pinball levels here have a few similar things to that game. (Like the slot machine, and the 3 li'l gator things that give you a drain-stopper if you line 'em up properly.)
Loved this game as a kid.. Oh how far tech has advanced.. While Playing pinball arcade on my iPad I remembered how things were back in the day. Game boy 1st gen woot!
I never noticed the link between the opening song at time part 0:01 - It's like a chiptune rendition of The Family Guy intro before it was a thing!
3DS should sell this one in its store.
Most enjoyable pinball game for me.
I played this game 30 years ago and can still humm the title song.
Don't look much better than midnight magic on Atari 2500
Woah, a pinball longplay! I love this game.
Eben die Melodie gesummt, dann im Netz gesucht. Episch hab das game noch :-)
This was my second gameboy game. I hated this game
Best game
I wish this game was remastered
This guy is probably asain he is insane good
Thank you for diving into old childhood memories. Especially for the good GamePlay which showed all game elements.
I still have a Nintendo Gameboy and this game and I love it. 😍
How is it that you don't know to lift your paddle up at 6:48 to let the ball by, but you are skilled enough to defeat the gator up top and get a free life?
Hahah Rollerball feelings.
This was made by the people of Kirby...
If you know the reference I madw
This engine was reused in Kirby's Pinball Land...
...weirdly enough...
This game look absolutely great...Never Heard of it...
I miss this game
jeez, memories.
I am Gator
I still remember this theme from when i was like 6 or 7
@8bitmusics i know, right?
Well I think I like the music better this way
@fruitbane a few minutes on wikipedia shows this came out first in 89, with Kirby's Pinball Land not coming out until 93.
Wooow,i love this old game.
Mi second with Super Hunchback in 1990.
this thing gave me nightmares when I was a child
ah man.. i used to love this game
Hals obscure gem along with Day Dreamim Davey. Hal should make a sequel to this or a platforming game starring the gators. im pretty sure it would be called "Adventure Revenge of The Gator"
*dreamin' sorry typing on 3DS sucks.
Daydreamin Davey is hardly a gem to be honest. Air Fortress now is a gem from HAL.
Yeah, i used to love that game! Just noticed that Hal Laboratories made it...fancy that
Awesome game for hours and hours !
because i played this in childhood i still hate aubergines
"What did I do to these poor gators???"
Thanks, dude who e-mailed the Bombcast!
i have this game
@Waldimart childhood memories =D
Amaba esté juego jajaja ♡.♡
wonderful
@fruitbane both are by Hal labs
Omg 😎one of my childhood favourites
Thankyou for this playthrough 👍
