    I have never flown with Aer Lingus, l am looking forward to flying with them from Manc to JFK with my Sister's first trip to America!! I like what l see & hear, l hope we have many flights around the world with Aer Lingus in the future!!

    Where did it go wrong for Aer Lingus? I was on a flight a few days ago and the quality of staff has plummeted. Someone asked for a refund on the coffee, of course they had to pay by card, which is a problem in and of itself. What's wrong with cash? "You'll get refunded the 3 Euro. We're not Starbucks". You'd swear he was doing something wrong by complaining. If a service isn't up to snuff, then you should have the right to a refund.

      I flew in their a330 Miami to dublin and it’s the worst thing I’ve ever flown on, in this video it shows a fresh, brand new, retrofitted cabin, what I got on my flight was an outdated, uncomfortable, and incredibly old seat, the IFE only worked from a remote, the IFE froze halfway through the flight, and the meals were terrible. much below what they offer on the a321lr, the only good thing about it was that it was the first flight I ever got some sleep on.
