It's probably just Keisuke. He definitely plays a lot slower than most other popular Kazuya players like BoaLuvb or TMM. But, Keisuke is no. 1 for a reason; his style is very effective in terms of winning

The people that play king, azucena, dragunov, feng will tell you “kaz is good” but the people that actually play him have terrible win percentages and tell y’all he sucks… crazy how y’all won’t play him but will say “he doesn’t need a buff he’s good”

Like, not feng or dragunov stupid, but hes nowhere near Steve or the likes. He's got really strong tools that're actually supported by the games system. He's got ridiculously strong oki, stature smash has always been a good low, ff2 is a ridiculous button and shit like df2 is nice to have as an option. Idk why people try and downplay kaz just for the sake of working their own shaft, he's still DIFFICULT but he's not total fuckin ass. Grow up
