You have your own destiny, but if you really want to question the "What if" then my question would be. Have you truly reflect on your own patterns and decisions before assuming that you will be hurting again? Mistakes are our reminders no matter what scenario it is, it's our job to recognise them. Also, we don't ever adpat to expect the wall has become softer, but we adapt to become stronger that this wall can no longer harm us even if we unfortunately come across it again. Rain doesn't stop because you want to, but you can always hold an umbrella to protect yourself from rain. If it isn't enough then use a rain coat too, if it's still not enough then stay in the house and wait for the next rain. I miss and still love the rain(relationship) that I came across, but it doesn't mean I should be soaked and become sick; wait for another rain that's more suitable. Treat yourself better, find ways for yourself first; you know yourself better than anyone. Life's been so hard on me, and it seems for me I don't have any chance of living again in this world with happiness. But music never doubted me, it always comforts me and it understands me more than anyone else.
I recently got out of a massive hole because of unemployment, loneliness, friends not being there, late last year i was suicidal and very depressed. But i promise you, there is a light at the end of that black hole and one you find your way through it is the best thing ever. I don't take for granted the isolation I was forced myself into and the running away from everyone and everything I loved. Out of the fear of losing them because I knew I was not at my best to give them the love and support they needed. I was crying out on the inside but to numb to open up or receive sometimes to Even think or move. Id rather the people I loved to be with someone better than me because I just didn't feel like I was enough so I'd stay away. Hoping to gain the strength to fix myself years turned to over decades and time didn't bring a change and everything I loved grew older and further away from me.
I didn't achieve giving any thing let alone what I intended which was the very best version of myself and I regretted losing precious time. My mother died seeing me a failure unable to take care of her this was specifically hurtful for me because I was her only girl. I also was the only one that had once early in my life been successful before failing.
So I'm asking God to fix all those inadequacies and make you completely whole because you can't do it on your own. You need the help of God through Jesus Christ to heal you and give you his power to overcome this battle within you all Amen 😪😪😪

I started woodworking, volunteering for two different charity shops, I try to socialise more with coworkers (at work obviously given lockdowns) and I got a new, second job to keep me busy, I also quit drinking 3 months ago because it was too painful to evoke those emotions via alcohol. So I’m trying. But she never leaves my thoughts, even when I try so hard to distract myself, god I wish I didn’t miss her so much.
