Glenda was a terrible mother!
Not only did she abandoned her daughters she knew she was leaving them with a rapist!
Who was abusing her eldest there’s no excuse for that.

People said her abuse came out of nowhere, but it really didn't. Look back at the first episode of Archie in 2008 with her and onwards. Scenes with them were so sinister and messed up. The way he used to go on about "smelling her hair" and stuff like that was really creepy. The way he would get too close or put his hand out & she'd flinch. That creepy scene with him and Ronnie at the wedding in the barrel storage room. The "daddy's little girl" hug. He was never like that with Roxy & why? Cos he saw Roxy as his daughter, well a tool to control & to get through to Ronnie. Ronnie was like a weird possession/obsession to him. That's probs the main reason he left that lush crib in Weymouth, just to work his way back into Veronica's life not Peggy's or Roxys.
