The first progression of our 'Front Marking' Series. In this session players will learn to turn towards the ball and outrun the player in order to take the intercept and win ball.
Continue to enforce the ideas that players should cut the line of the pass in order to ensure success and avoid the contact call. This is all about quick feet, acceleration and keeping your eyes UP!
