    It is a wonderful lesson. Infinitives can be used as noun and adjective. Learning American English Online is a good channel to learn English. It has a lot of good English to learn. Thank you, paul.

      You're welcome. This lesson is intended for intermediate level learners of English. This is not an easy concept to grasp at first for students who aren't familiar with infinitives.

    Hello Teacher Paul. Could you please explain why some plural nouns are used as adjectives in English. For example, a math facts workbook, a women club, a kids meal, a managers meeting, or a sports car. Thanks.

    • @Learnamericanenglishonline
      @Learnamericanenglishonline  2 года назад +6

      Adjectives in English are not plural, but when compound nouns are created, it gives the impression that there is a plural adjective before the noun. Another way of thinking about it is that possessive nouns function as adjectives before a noun.

    Thank you so much for uploading this video lesson. It is very interesting, informative, and helpful. As usual, the explanations are clear and concise.
    Do you mind making a video lesson about the usage of the " to infinitive " as an adverb in a sentence? I am very confused on this topic.
    Please and thank you.
