Mar Thoma Syrian Church continues in line with the first claim. Jacobite Syrian Church follows the second claim. Both Churches have forgiven and accepted each other.

While Indian Orthodox and Syriac Orthodox comes under the Oriental Orthodox Family. Mar Thoma Syrian Church is under the Mar Thoma Family and in recognized as an Independent Orthodox Church.
