well that depends on the question paper and ur examiner... i made these videos for explaining the topics while covering all the points that are there in textbooks... but as a teacher myself i can never advice u to not read ur books..

vocally and even in many books, 'lingual' is more commonly used, that is why it has been used here. but yes Yasin, ideally, palatal is the correct word for maxillary teeth.
Sir if your dentist is saying to remove both premolar first and second at the same side should i agree on it ??
If there is a condition where both premolars have to be removed, yes that can be done in one appointment. Considering all others factors are normal.

yes n all maxillary teeth you should idealy use the word palatal... but here for easier understanding we have used the word lingual
