Sometimes I cry when I listen to this track due to how it beautifully sounds and because it reminds beautiful and sad times my life has gone through. These guys and Harry Gregson-Williams are geniuses.
Fun fact: Researchers from USC released a study that suggests that only about 50 percent of people feel things like shivers, a lump in their throat, and goosebumps when they listen to music.
This song always reminds me of life... Beauty... Sadness... The bravery of being here. All the lessons we learn along the way. When we start to hear our own angels sing, face our fears, and live... Just for Today... Hybrid... Brilliant doesn't even come close..
I found this track through Top Gear on BBC (Their BMW Z4M review, to be precise), and if you want a show that is wall-to-wall bangers then late 2000s Top Gear is what you want. They used Amon Tobin, Crystal Method, Them Crooked Vultures, Ian Brown, even Frank "Command and Conquer" Klepacki.
@@ojrmk1 Agreed! Top Gear was consistently a good source of music throughout that time. I remember discovering some obscure piano piece by Dustin O'Halloran through one of their episodes.
Arguably one of the best end of album tracks ever for me. Simply stunning from start to finish. No band has ever come close to their fusion of electronic and orchestral music.
Wow. This still blows my mind. This is our life. Expressed in one of the most amazingly beautiful pieces of electronic music ever written. Thank you. It is an amazing journey.. Xo
The best thing I ever did was go back to college and finish my degree. I have a new appriciation and admiration to what these lads do. Mike Truman and the rest is just genius.. Peace!!!
This music is all about skydiving and freefalling...told myself last year I wouldn't listen to this again until I experienced soaring through the sky myself. Well I'm here now...guess what I did this evening =)
I've never play Saints Row. I'm a musician. in love with Hybrid's sound. Have to say a huge thank you for all the beautiful moments you gave to me, guys! This song is one of my all time favs.
First heard them on the SSX soundtrack.. been a huge fan ever since. Especially their departure into a more streamlined style with Disappear Here. Glad people are still talking about them.
Man, I remember hearing this ages ago in some Tekken 3 Yoshimitsu video and had to know what the track name was immediately. Even to this day, I think it's very beautifully composed, to say the least.
Yeah, that's right. For example I found Hybrid while watching a Tekken 3 video someone made. It's good to find great music just my accident. Like finding a gem hidden somewhere. Most of my music I find just by accident. Gives a wonderful feeling. Better than what you get while listening to the regular radio or MTV channels.
another great tune from Hybrid. This one is incredible too. I like the different variations... the contrasts... above all the utopic sounding voice of Kirsty... it takes me to a different world. Can't get enough of that!
Fuck yes! I thought I'd heard this from somewhere before. It's nice to hear it stand alone. Albeit it doesn't fit Saints 3's gangsta tone, it fit the freefalling tank moment so well.
discovering hybrid for the first time after hearing Finished Symphony a long long time ago, and am now compelled to buy their discography after hearing this masterpiece !
Wow, I've never seen such a ridiculous reason to argue with each other. I've been a fan of Hybrid for a while and I've known about this song way before I played Saint's Row 3. Why on Earth would you be upset that people are beginning to appreciate Hybrid just because they found out about it through a video game? You have to find out somehow, and in the end both parties wind up enjoying their music. I swear, some people make so little sense sometimes.
The crescendo on this tune after about 6 minutes is perfect!! I wish that bit repeated somehow. Tune could do with another 4 minutes of the crescendo of sounds
Um Mike Truman and the resy of Hybrid is the shit. Quit the squabble..This is the what music is about. say thank you and just dip out. Hearts and stars to my fav break-prog house band.. Americans do get it! Cheers!
This song gives me so much happiness and hopes that my life will bring me more happiness and troubles (this song has all the feelings). Inspiring. Also, I get chills whenever I hear the end of the song.
falling down from the sky while sitting in tank shooting jets vibes
Some of the most beautiful combinations of electronic music and orchestra
Sometimes I cry when I listen to this track due to how it beautifully sounds and because it reminds beautiful and sad times my life has gone through. These guys and Harry Gregson-Williams are geniuses.
How beautifully put.
Be well friend.
Metal Gear wouldn't be the same without Gregson-Williams.
I’ll have whatever he’s smokin
Same here
I feel you!
This is by far in the top 5 of all time best dance tracks EVER created. HANDS DOWN.
It hard not to choke up from the beauty, it's almost too much to handle at times. By far the most beautiful track I've ever heard.
Fun fact: Researchers from USC released a study that suggests that only about 50 percent of people feel things like shivers, a lump in their throat, and goosebumps when they listen to music.
One of the most beautiful pieces of electronic music ever .
3:00 - 4:00 gives me so much chills
5:38 till the end
I can F'N do anything when I'm listening to this song!!!
The awesomeness that is Hybrid could and will never be overstated. Ever.
This song always reminds me of life...
Beauty... Sadness...
The bravery of being here.
All the lessons we learn along the way.
When we start to hear our own angels sing, face our fears, and live...
Just for Today...
Hybrid...
Brilliant doesn't even come close..
Incredible track. For some reason it reminds me of Ace Combat , the game soundtrack from 90s -00s titles.
it definitely has that electronic + orchestral+choir mix that Ace Combat loves to do. All that is missing is a couple of horns

Some bits are similar with bits of Linkage from AC3 for sure
beyond words good!
Arguably one of the best end of album tracks ever for me. Simply stunning from start to finish.
No band has ever come close to their fusion of electronic and orchestral music.
I shed a manly tear at 6:05, so good...
+Fiddlestickz1 me too, m8
This song floods soul, I feel it everywhere. This song is more than music, something that speaks to the unknown in those that are open to feel it.
7:07 When your favorite character dies for saving everyone he knew and love
Fuck... gets me everytime
Yeah
Это так Прекрасно! Возвращаюсь годами!
2:03 When Kyo-57 and Iori-43 start falling and still fight Igniz
I see you a cultured person as well
Nice! That's why I came here thank you
This is one of the best tracks I have ever heard! People need to be creating more at this standard, end of!!!!
Stephen Jones it once was. It was in the 1990’s into the early 2000’s. It was my generation.
Do you listen to Ott or Abakus?
This song brings so much emotion, and is a beautiful work of art.
The crescendo always makes me choke up. This is hands down the best song ever made, imho.
Gym time !
I love it when a plan comes together.
yes yes yes and yes the plan is set.
Wow. This still blows my mind. This is our life. Expressed in one of the most amazingly beautiful pieces of electronic music ever written. Thank you. It is an amazing journey..

I am usually not a fan of misusing punctuation but...
This. Is. Just. So. EPIC!!!!
My favourite Hybrid track hands down. All the chills.
The best thing I ever did was go back to college and finish my degree. I have a new appriciation and admiration to what these lads do. Mike Truman and the rest is just genius.. Peace!!!
The song of determination
This music is all about skydiving and freefalling...told myself last year I wouldn't listen to this again until I experienced soaring through the sky myself. Well I'm here now...guess what I did this evening =)
+dcollegegrad * this comment is purely awesome.
Now, if you did that falling from a tank... That would be even better. XD
To get the full experience, do it in a tank.

For some reason, when I listen to this, I feel like freefalling.
...In a tank.
I've never play Saints Row. I'm a musician. in love with Hybrid's sound. Have to say a huge thank you for all the beautiful moments you gave to me, guys! This song is one of my all time favs.
I feel so much every time I hear that sound... It's a cry for help, look at that shit happening... That my most uncontrolled voice can't scream!
First heard them on the SSX soundtrack.. been a huge fan ever since. Especially their departure into a more streamlined style with Disappear Here. Glad people are still talking about them.
One of the greatest electronic tracks of all time IMHO. Love.
This is by far one of the perfect songs to go skiing with, this and Finished Symphony. Thanks you SSX for introducing me to this awesome artist.

For some reason I always think of mind-boggling anime movies while listening to this... AKIRA, Ghost in the Shell, Paprika...
this was amazing with loud speakers at the lowry watching Othello by Frantic OMGGGGG!!!!
Man, I remember hearing this ages ago in some Tekken 3 Yoshimitsu video and had to know what the track name was immediately. Even to this day, I think it's very beautifully composed, to say the least.
Great track!
What an astonishing tune. From 4 minutes in, it really gets going. Goosebumps an' all! :-)
This is just beyond words.
Это, всё Ваша музыка, ШЕДЕВРЫ! Знайте ЭТО!
Still great. Still innovative. Fair play.
Absolutely incredible.
Yes, this is a great general working out song.
It feels like something I'd hear in the background if I was injected into the internet.
Just walk along and see data pass by.
One of Hybrid's best ever tracks IMO...
another great tune from Hybrid. This one is incredible too. I like the different variations... the contrasts... above all the utopic sounding voice of Kirsty... it takes me to a different world. Can't get enough of that!
This is my alarm song... I like to wake up to this
massive track!

this fits very well as space exploration music
Awesome!!!
Thank you Saints Row 3 mission "Air Steelport" for introducing me to this amazing track.
I wanted to praise this song, then I found myself speechless after hearing it =)
If Kinetica ever became a movie. This needs to be the trailer music!
Got this album for my birthday. Felt like growing up after listening to Wide Angle on repeat. Amazing album and helped me leave to see the uk.
Let's all just relax and enjoy the mesmerizing music. That's the main reason why we're here, right?
Toujours là en 2020. 🎶🖤
The crescendo on this tune after about 6 minutes is perfect!! I wish that bit repeated somehow. Tune could do with another 4 minutes of the crescendo of sounds
That fill at 03:58 is so beautifully subtle.
2021!
iTunes store many, many years ago sent me here. I'm glad I found this again
I havent heard this from a videogame :D
I love finding jewels like this on certain websites :D
This inspires me from the bottom of my soul...
Freefall in a tank, did you?
"The cockpit is gone"
Thanks to spotify weekly discovery on the bus, for finding me this amazing song.. That base drop 1:51 uuuuhhhh my ears DAMN. :D
As if skydiving in a tank wasn't awesome enough, they play this song during the mission.
Indeed
I remember hearing this for the 1st time in an internet cafe in cairo at 6am as the sun broke over the pyramids. True story
Exactly! This track reminds me of the world of Xen from Black Mesa
Um Mike Truman and the resy of Hybrid is the shit. Quit the squabble..This is the what music is about. say thank you and just dip out. Hearts and stars to my fav break-prog house band.. Americans do get it! Cheers!
For me this is the best hybrid song
This song gives me so much happiness and hopes that my life will bring me more happiness and troubles (this song has all the feelings). Inspiring. Also, I get chills whenever I hear the end of the song.
Лучше Вас, нет! Неужели Вы, это не знаете?
I am glad they used this track in Saints row 3. If they hadn't I might have missed out on it.
