I got a question for all you foxbody guys. I have access to 3 fox body cars that are in the salvage yard. My question is what parts should i pick up that are usually hard to find? Dash, panels, consoles, brackets, etc. ?
Get them to sell you the cars whole, take them home, strip them then send back the bare bones later! It will be easier. Otherwise, depends on years, options and interior colors etc. Black Interior, 1/4 windows for coupes, wiring harnesses are all good things to get. 5spd pedal assemblies and 8.8 diffs.
@@TheInfamousProject thanks chris. Ones a gt and the other 2 are lx cars. All hatches. All gray interiors. Im going back for a center console(suprisngly the ash tray door still worked). Never thought about the cluth pedals. Ill have to snag them. But ill take your advice and see what he will take for a whole car. Thanks man and look forward to talking with you in the spring 2022 about a potential purchase from you. Cant wait to see that emerald green coupe done👍🏼
How much should you pay for something like this just on the passenger side with part in hand? I'm getting quotes for like $1,000+ and then I see people cutting out the rust and replacing the floor pan, welding it in no time.
You're one few people I would feel totally comfortable with buying a car from, you seem so upfront and honest about your cars! I like that!
Dude youre the man you made that job look too easy wow amazing work dude!
I appreciate that!
Youre welcome buddy!
Wearing a backwards cap when you have your welding helmet on is straight up baller! I'm definitely going to do that in a video at some point. 🔥
My favorite color on a coupe. Looks awesome! If I wasn’t so deep into my white coupe I’d be looking to buy it!
For some reason that emerald green looks slick on a notch. Noce work man 👍🏼
I agree, the color has really grown on me
So glad the floor in my 85 don't look like the floor in that car..but if I ever need to fix it.. I can watch your video
That’s a very sweet repair buddy!
Makes me miss the 93 emerald green two tone GT I had back in the day.😞 they looked awesome With the darker grey ground effects they had
I need to pull out old alarm wire. Gonna go check if you dropped that video
I did!
Man, we’re all the coupes smuggled to the great white north? Sooo rare here in Washington.
Whoa, whoa, wait. I come here for the regular content, but what’s the scoop on the Repsol replica Honda?
Lol that's no replica.
the water is coming in from th bottom of the windshield. if you pull the dash out you will see the rust!
