CM Punk being proven right once again about the aew roster being a bunch of children
Punk is a better man than me because I would be actively burying all of the EVP’s right now.
But yet he was part of the problem 🤣🤣🤣🤣 So you going to tear down the company in order to kiss his ass?
@@wilcee238 While eating a muffin from Mindy's Bakery?😂
@flyguy7825 If Punk was part of the problem, why are their no issues with Collision but there are still issues with Rampage and Dynamite? Moving on.
@@wilcee238 Bingo
I'd love to hear Awesome Kong's view of things. She was hired as a player/coach and sent home early on. In one interview she said she wanted to help, but no she wasn't "let in the room" to make a contribution. If there is no place for a respected veteran in that lockerroom, it says something.
They just did the same freaking thing to Bret Hart!!!
I almost forgot that Kong was there. That would not surprise me in the slightest. And while you can see all of the women who DID respond, you can also see all of the women who did NOT respond. Rosa, Martinez, Hogan, Cargill, Diamante, Deeb (Who we haven't seen since God knows when), and Athena.
Even the guys who are veterans dont get respect at all
They really make WWE look better n better
You have Cornette comparing hostile work place issues to terminal disease patients and global starvation...when hostile work places examples affect many people....warlords prevent feeding the starving...and terminal diseases is often toxic stress related....so you're right people offering their experience matters....some of the sharp ones know something is VERY off though and jump out of fray
Britt Baker is MEAN. I said AEW had a Mean Girls locker room YEARS ago! You can tell how Jade Cargill was virtually on an island by herself and never even interacted with the core women. Also Thunderosa just vanishing off tv and refusing to job to the girls most likely making her life hell backstage. The WWE women, even in a feud, still clearly respect eachother in real life, that has never come across in AEW to me.
The entire women’s division going on X calling LuFisto a liar all at the same timeframe is hilarious. It’s like Tony sent out a memo.
more likely Ms. Baker sent out a memo, cuz Tony is too busy doing the 16th line of cocaine and aderall of Pockets's ass for him to have any time left to be a boss.
And MJF. He did Tony a solid there.
It was mostly jobbers though. Where was Jamie Hayter's tweet? Or Statlander's or Athena's or Thunder Rosa's or Jade's or Toni Storm's?
It really does look that way doesn't it? AEW has all the markings of a toxic working environment. I used to work at a life insurance company for about 3 weeks back in the day, and the people in middle management were all horrendous assholes to the new hires. Everything was based on feelings, and absolutely nothing was based on performance. If they didn't like you, then you weren't allowed into their little club, and they fucked with you till you quit. That's what this reminds me of.
Also, some of these people seem to be some of the biggest assholes walking on this planet. Jungle Boy is probably the best example I can give. They drive off anyone who they don't want to be in their little clique. And they have a weak, idiot, man-child boss who can't stop these idiots from driving not only certain wrestlers out of their company, but they're also driving away all of the fans!
AEW fans are all the devoted fans of guys like the Bucks, Jungle Boy, Kenny, and all the other assholes. That's their audience; they don't have any casual fans! It's assholes who are fans of assholes doing flips and crazy ass spots that will eventually get someone hurt, and hurt BAD! No casual pro wrestling fan would waste their time on whatever the hell AEW and Tony are trying to do.
Arn Anderson and Konnan said the locker room is like "high school." J.R. and Arn said the talent don't listen to the coaches. There have been numerous fist fights backstage. QT said he formats the shows and Tony doesn't tell him what's happening until right before they go on the air. Swole said Tony parties with the talent. And several wrestlers have come out and said that the talent get to basically do whatever they want all the time. AEW divided their fan base over the Punk / Elite drama with fans lashing out at each other over who's side their on. They don't drug test either. They didn't know Jeff was off the wagon until he got the DUI and didn't know Moxley was an alcoholic until he admitted it. They put their talent through week after week of grueling matches and will never know if they are self medicating or not. Anyone who doesn't think this thing is going to implode one day is delusional.
they need to let so people go fire them I dont believe all of that stuff but I do believe people feed these dirt sheets way way too much
@@flyguy7825 Everything I said came straight from the mouths or social media posts of people who work there - not dirt sheets.
To be fair drug tests don't reveal alcohol use only drug use . To detect alcohol you need to do a breathalyzer but if the person isn't drunk they will pass the breathalyzer .and besides as long you are not under the influence of alcohol on the job they can't say anything about drinking..
but man it's going to be a interesting explosion.
They only work one day a week. I don't want to hear that grueling shit.
i believe everything LuFisto says because if it were a lie, these chicks would just blow her off as a liar. not try to bury the story.
most of them didn't bury her. Britt, Saraya, Taya, maybe a few others. the rest from what I seen just seemed to talk about having postive experiences.
Them all springing to action reminds me of my wife's soon to be ex barn. They badmouth, insult, gossip, and backstab each other all the damn time but if someone calls them out on it they all suddenly fall in lockstep in defense about what a wonderful, supportive sisterhood they have.

Cody and Brandy leaving created a power vacuum in that lockeroom that never got patched up
More like they left a toxic mess run by assholes.
That’s a good point. I didn’t really consider the shake up from Brandys departure.
I know we like to joke about Cody and Brandy being a little over the top but there was none of this when they were there. They've proven to be the only adults in that locker room.
I feel like Brandi actually deserves some credit for helping out in the women's locker room.
I feel for that matter Cody was clearly the only EVP that was actual a mature adult and took his job seriously.
@karishmasingh4305 I always liked Brandy, she just has no business wrestling.
The backstage drama in AEW is always much more interesting and entertaining than the on screen product.

@@monkeydluffy983 If you’re on the AEW women’s roster and not in the Plastics (Britt, Toni, Paige/Saraya, and Jamie), then you’re ousted like a male AEW wrestler who publicly supported Punk (Lufisto spoke on something that was already obvious to people paying attention objectively). Plus, don’t you dare get over more than any of them, or else you’ll get treated like Thunder Rosa or Jade, who had a whole title made specifically so that she’s kept away from the Plastics.
Even Jon Moxley said he never has seen as much drama as he has in AEW. The talent that did their little group tweets all at the same time acting like everything is okay is hilarious. Hope they stay away from Collision and that Thunder Rosa has a great comeback.
At this point, I hope Thunder Rosa gets out of that shithole. It sounds like hell for anyone's mental health.
The very worst most toxic well poisoner is already at impunkt wreslting, namely cm junk.
Thunder Rosa could actually beat up everyone on the roster.
Thunder Rosa is part of the problem. She whined about the Brock Lesnar/Eddie mariachi segment on SmackDown almost 20 years ago for "making fun of my culture" - because god forbid a white man dancing around to a mariachi band.
@@quentinkaasa47 That’s her opinion? And it is her culture so she has a right to disagree with it. If you think it was fine then guess what that’s your opinion. Shouldn’t be an issue in understanding this.
In LuFisto's interview, she mentions she asked another AEW wrestler (which she's known for a few years): 'Where is the structure?' and his reply was "Eh, pretty much do what we want. I'm not saying that in a good way." he also says: 'Yeah, they don't really watch our matches here. I've been doing Chris Benoit moves for the past month and no one even knows. They don't care.'. 🤨
WTF omg reading that last part was disturbing gave me chills
Of course they don't. Aew access also said it . they don't know until 10 minutes or 45 minutes before the show.
Ok to be fair "doing Chris Benoit moves" would just be doing a cross face a headbutt and a German suplex. Also known as most normal wrestling matches
@@Delvokianflying headbutts are generally discouraged these days. Before his death even Harley Race who popularized the move went on record as saying that popularizing it is one of his biggest regrets.
Is this fucking Danielson she's talking about?
The women in AEW are so powerful, so talented, so capable, so badass that they need to be constantly supported, constantly hyped, constantly validated and constantly motivated by others.
It's not a matter of one or the other, but every wrestler who came out described a locker room that sounded more like an AA meeting than a place of work.
They came out just stopping short of saying that the rumors are true about their sh*t smelling like roses.
It was absurd.
Sounds like a lot of them need to go to the other brand. Their women's division has been killing it.
I can believe that something is off with Baker. When Punk joined AEW, I recall at a convention she kept pushing the idea of him getting AJ to wrestle her, going on about the money she would make wrestling AJ. She kept interrupting the interviewer. Punk eventually shut her down, saying it won't happen. It was strange.
AJ is way too good to waste her time on someone like Britt Baker. Plus her neck is already injured, Baker would probably kill her.
Baker is horrible in the ring, knows it, but is smart enough to politic to keep Tony Khan in her back pocket, keep her core group of friends at the forefront and then try and get herself programmed with any top women who come in. Which is why Mercedes said no, and why AJ would say no. If AJ comes in, she's going to Collision.
Britt Baker is just a horrible human being with some mental issues and bullied Thunder Rosa for no damn reason.
Not to mention I wouldn't trust AJ Lee's neck and spine in Britt Baker's incapable hands.
It all went downhill between them when she didn't know who Mussolini was. Punk was flabbergasted. 😅
Jim describing the whole AEW women’s locker room as “beating around the bush” before catching himself just a second too late is the funniest thing I’ve heard in a while!

Also, I hope people aren’t buying this AEW is one big happy family crap anymore
WWE stars have openly complained about all sorts of company stuff online. Balor upset at reports that he was seen as not "over" by Vince and pals. Orton bitching and moaning about talent. Rollins starting fights with Ospreay over how much more money he makes. Braun belittling "smaller" performers and indy guys (because he skipped the line and then got canned...). And now Sheamus belly aching about how much time Roman and his family are getting on TV compared to other talent... such as himself. WWE drama happens at the top of the card - performers secure in their spot who figure they have nothing to lose. The WWE will make lower/midcard talent cower but have long since lost control of the upper midcarders.

“Talent with too much power” perfectly sums up AEW in a nutshell. Since the beginning, everyone in this promotion seems to be working within their own bubbles, with only the people they want to work with. The Elite works with their group, Cody worked with his group, nobody worked with FTR, Jericho picks a young talent and leaches of them at will, etc.
It looks like Tony has his “big angles” planned already, and he puts his stuff in and allows the talent to fill in the gaps, however they see fit. It ends up as chaos, not the fun kind either, the disjointed, amateurish nonsense we’ve been getting on Wednesday nights.

I wonder which comes first; someone killing themselves on live TV with a bullshit, reckless stunt, or someone ACTUALLY killing themselves and blasting all this backstage nonsense in their suicide note?
At this point AEW is an indictment of Shad Khan's parenting 🤣🤣🤣
Remember her literally sobbing on TV? I think after that week of abuse, having her entire career suddenly called into question, having the tables turned on you like that... I think I'd of been crying too tbh.

She talked about how no one knew what they were doing until right before the match and the girls were calling sht that didn't make sense. And it was Lufisto who said she worked with Jaques Rougeau and said he was an ahole.
20 years in working the business is making it, regardless of not being in the wwe. Being apart of a mark company for 4 years is nothing, MJF.
LuFisto not only exposed the politics in this Locker Room AGAIN! But in one point, she confirmed the whisper campaign against Punk and the talents stabbing each others in the back.
This! She all but said, people are already scheming before you get in. Let’s not forget, the rumors about the cabana issue started well before punk’s debut!
so why did she even bother going to AEW if she knew it was a cesspool?

WTF did Thunder do to Britt? This is the kind of hatred you'd get from someone if you killed their puppy
she allegedly sandbagged marina shafir. marina is married to roddie strong and britt is with adam cole (BAY BAY!!!).

Thunder Rosa came in and got over organically, and wasn't taking any of Britt's BS. That's the gist of it. She played a role in Rosa being accused of sandbagging Shafir, but Cornette watched the match back and detailed how it was all Shafir's fault.
Notice they all tweeted within 20 minutes of each other. Definitely not coerced.....
oh my god this "Mean Girls" movie reference on the preview image😂😂😆
Aew is literally a highschool where grown men and women talk behind each others back like children and instead of trying to draw money or get something people would believe in they’d rather play with their friends while tony khan has no authority or control over these people
Thankyou Travis for drawing saraya with a tan.
There was obviously some truth to what Lufisto said. As Brian and Jim said, they all got way too defensive.

The WWE Women's division's top stars, can actually draw numbers. Behind the Bloodline, the Charlotte/Bianca/Asuka segments have been the second highest rated on a number of occasions. Rhea draws. Becky draws. I completely agree with Brian Last that, there is no comparison between WWE and AEW's Women's Division. And while much of that is due to the women, a substantial portion of that is down to Tony Khan, who clearly doesn't care about the division and books it like he doesn't care about it and then blames the division for not getting better ratings when he sets it up to fail.
Bro just sat here and lied Lmao
@@TheDakAttackShow Just two weeks ago, Bianca/Charlotte/Asuka, did a segment that drew about 2.4m viewers.
Tony actually cares a lot about the women's division but he's really really bad at booking 😭
Bro, just because he doesn't book the women’s division how you would like it and others does not mean he doesn't give a s*** he doesn't give a s*** about the woman's division. Didn't he just give Jade Cargill literally the longest run I think I've ever seen from a woman as champion. Do people forget that as he not pushed women like Thunder Rosa Britt Baker, Toni Storm and Jamie Hayter you want to compare this to the WWE you can't sit here and tell me any one of those ladies would have gotten a fair shot at being women's champion or even being able to showcase what they can do on a major stage. They would have all played second fiddle to Charlotte Flair. Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey
@@TheDakAttackShowbuddy watch something else, for ur mental health sake
Impact has actually had a solid women's division for a few years
Which is why Naomi chose them over AEW. You know darn well Tony wanted her. Instead, he got Taya and has pretty much jobbed her out.
@@segagenesis7708 Naomi knew that was going to happen to her. Good head on her shoulders, that one.
Knockouts Division was legit up until the point they put reality show wash outs in the ring. Then their Women's Division (or is it still called Knockouts?) got hot again after WWE dropped the ball w/ Deonna Purrazzo.
They had a partnership with aew yet no one was used for any feud with shida. Said it all how much tony cared and injured Britt baker got segments.
@@dranzerjetli5126 it feels like he made that partnership solely for Kenny Omegas belt collector gimmick. Because they have gotten nothing from that deal and had ppl taken but not much going the other way.
Welcome to All Drama Wrestling where there's more drama than your mom's favorite tv soap opera!
If only they stopped Tweeting and improved their in ring work..maybe they would stop killing the ratings.
Amen sir
“If they’re kickass women why do they need a safe space” Jim took the words out of my mouth.
All of these safe space advocates dress themselves up like hardcore punks presenting themselves as tough as nails rebels, but get shattered by nasty words.
Kicking someone like Hayter in the back as she's laying on the ground is how you end someone's career! That shit needs to be stopped.
He's absolutely right about that, no doubt. If the want to be wrestlers, they should act like it. For that, you need a real boss like a Vince McMahon to reel the girls in and make sure they toe the line. Unfortunately, I think Corny's view that women's wrestling should have never moved beyond Moolah's traveling show obscures the good points that a lot of these girls SHOULD be listening to, this one included. The girls should look past that part of his territory mentality and seriously take the advice to TOUGHEN THE HELL UP, but they're going to point to his ONE bad take and ignore all the good ones.
Being a dick isn't cool, but if you're going to be in pro-wrestling, or doing anything professional, you shouldn't be a baby when you get criticism. The locker room is soft.
@@jesuszamora6949 I love the soft bigotry of low expectations. Women's wrestling basically doesn't draw very well. And especially now that the fandom has to pretend they don't like that the wrestlers are sexy everyone's just glad they're out there doing their best.
There are some great women who I would pay to see wrestle.
Jim's not wrong, these divisions have been given every opportunity to print money and they have yet to do so. It's not because people are opposed on principle, it's not because they aren't booked well, they're just not that great usually.
That said, I think meiko satamura v rhea could draw, they just have to build meiko for a couple of months.
Wrestlers by and large have massive inferiority complexes, if not more deep seated issues. Look at the progeny of Von Erich, Graham, and Smith.
Pretty sure Nyla Rose is the only guy that cares about what's going on in the women's locker room
I noticed that most of the women that responded are talking about how great the locker room is. I bet anything that all of them are good friends with each other. All of them fit the profile of "All Friends Wrestling" where no outsiders are allowed. If an outsider gets in, then they are put on a Saturday night show, away from the good friends.
I really laughed about Dustin being in the locker room for some reason.
He could have walked in as GoldDust
See: WrestleMania XII.
NXT has a better women’s division than AEW and they’re green. But, you know Tiffany Stratton, Cora Jade, etc are going to be great. The main reason why is the WWE has people coaching them, which no one in AEW wants to do.
Yep. WWE teaches people sternly and suffers no fools.
I've been more impressed with NXT ladies than most women's divisions lately.

Good God most of these women sound like absolute narcissists. _"If you disagree with me, it's because you're wrong and are dishing out premeditated attacks."_
Corny's right too btw; if they're such badasses, why do they need a safe space? You think Harley Race needed a safe space? No, he needed an opponent, a cigar, and a case of beer.
Dave Meltzer will twist the story to make CM Punk the main culprit behind this issue.
"We've heard stories before, but we just never dig into it because it's the women's locker room." lmfao
What’s interesting about the situation, it’s not the women that responded, but the women in AEW that did not respond….🤔
Funny how Nyla Rose had the most well thought out post in the group. It’s almost like she use to be a man or something.
What? A group of women cant get along? Well I'll be damned, thats never happened before.
The funny thing is, it wasn’t a big deal until TK had the womens roster do PR damage control on twitter all at the same damn time lmao, which drew more attention to the original post by LuFisto…
Sometimes the best response is no response.
Some AEW fans are pretty sickening. They sit rhere and blast some of the WWE fans for their bad behaviour and yet rhey exhibit the worst bullying behaviours in wrestling fans going. I can imagine some horrible things were sent Lufisto's way.
Jim's current career is bashing and bullying people online lol. You really can't be "bullied" online, just put the phone down.
Last week on Dynamite, they had Shida and Toni Storm wrestle for the women's championship in the main event. According to Twitter, that's when a good chunk of the crowd started leaving. AEW fans simply don't care about women's division and Tony hasn't given them a reason to. People (apologists) can't blame it on the talent forever.
The talent is part of it, but there's also the lack of reps (no one in that company wrestles all that much, not just the women) and the backstage bullshit. These women would be better off going somewhere like WoW or the like, or going back to the indies where, let's be real, most of them belong to begin with.
They suck, why should anyone care?
Cant wait to hear Jim's take on Kenny's girl winning the title the week Kenny re signed to stay. And how the Bucks get to work FTR at Wembley... Seems like Tony gave them "Creative Control".

Indeed. This is either MJF working Tony, or he's just as much of an idiot as the rest of them, and given his antics with Adam Cole, I'm starting to believe the latter.
On a side note, I think we can discount him trying to get laid. In his interview with Helwani (the one that got Helwani hot with Tony in the first place), he mentioned he was either engaged or married to "a good Jewish woman" or something thereabouts.
