But my anatomy teacher runs through the material so fast, that it is very hard for us to even grasp what he is trying to teach us. I really wish you would make anatomy videos for massage students, that would be great.
i like when tell us that dos and donts and also proper postition where we shouldnt stay at the same spot also this is ez to apply wherever. all in all its a good technique.

You can, but you might want to figure out what is causing the tension (posture, long periods where you are sitting at a desk without moving, etc.). It's probably not healthy to constantly be so tense that you need to massage your muscles 4 times a day.
Well I think the reason why is because I’m a girl and I find having my hair up is incredible uncomfortable. Also painful taking it out maybe she feels the same way
