I think you could partition off a small corner on the right of the downstairs area for a bathroom, since it would be right under the bathroom upstairs. Then finish it out with a small eat in kitchen, lounge and a fold out bed. Then you could either rent it out as a studio apartment or use it as a hot weather lounge/sauce making space and to entertain in and when family/friends want to visit, they have a ready made independent space to call home.
Even a little bit of reno goes a long way. what a little beauty When i get there, you guys are the first in my to do list, can't wait to see all the offerings
If it was the entire house, I would definitely be interested. NO heat, no air and no finish on down stair room, all floors needed and all the steps and area around the walking area and stone wall needs rebuilt in addition to railing, also bathroom , kitchen needed, no useable outside space so I think a lot more money than suggested to complete. I do really like this little commune. If the person above would sell it would be great for me for sure. Glad u discovered this little town. Maybe some new properties will become available.
From the outside I expected a very different interior. But for the price, I understand. Kitchen/Living is plenty big enough. And I found the town easily enough just by paying attention. 🤫
Predispositione (Did I spell it right?) would translate as "rough out" in American English. It must be inspected before any appliances or fixtures are installed.
Yes they do and it is super fast. Overall, here delivery services are great and there are several companies. The Italian Post can be a little slower but most things bought on the internet come from private delivery services

It really is!

I’d make that small bedroom in the kitchen and you have a living bedroom, kitchen and bath. Cute.
That would be cool!
Predisposizione means "roughed in" in construction terms. All the electrical and plumbing are done, just requires finishing.
Thanks

Ciao, yes it needs to be finished, hence the price

Wow❤
It’s called rough in. Meaning all utilities have been installed such as electrical wiring and plumbing.
Intresting

I do have a question, does Amazon deliver to all these cities you show? As Americans, we’re used to getting packages delivered daily. Lol

Roughed in or Prepped are both accurate in English.
May be the cellar can be a laundry room. If approved for water.
To small for me.
Nice. Was there a gas hook up for heat. ???
❤❤❤
Preparatory work is called "first fix" in English.
👍
I think I had come to rely on Aiden to help visualize the finished product!
He's the best ❤️
I’d like to buy that place.
Actually, preparation work is called 'rough in' in Canada. We speak English also. 😊
Tks
How about all the other fees on top of the 7% tax?
The 7% tax doesn't apply to a purchase. Here is some info about it

How challenging would it be to have it finished while living in the U.S.?
You can hire a team to take care of everything and ask to keep you updated.
It's a small place so I don't think it would be too challenging
Could be very nice.
Absolutely
HOw far away is the nearest train station? Regional or country-wide, international lines?
At Termoli or Campobasoo
Love it, but I wonder will it be a lot to remove all that trash furniture out?"
There's not that much of it and you can usually find people here to do those sort of jobs
Wait so somebody else owns the attic part of this house?
Above it's not an attic but a dwelling.
L shape properties are not uncommon here
Too much Sheetrock. 😔
To small for me
