I think people don’t understand that West Indian descendants is a native or inhabitant of the West Indies which encompasses multiple Caribbean islands. So when someone says they are West Indian it doesn’t literally mean they are Indian. I’m black born and raised in Jamaica but I am still considered West Indian and u can be black, white, Asian Indian etc.

She said herself that she is unaware of the news as of recently and when asked about the possibility of Kamala Harris being the first Black female president. She said she was unaware of Kamala's race when THE INTERVIEWER Brought up that Kamala would be the first female Black president. Where is the grace? Where are people's critical thinking? READ THE ENTIRE INTERVIEW. She even said that she didn't want to comment about politics on a whole.

I am a huge Janet fan, and this article was a big disappointment. She knew what she wanted to say....this is is the same artist who chose not to go on the breakfast club b/c she didn't want to answer certain questions.

Some people are saying her recent debates and speeches have been the best she’s done which is crazy because she’s been the vice president of the United States for three years. It shouldn’t have taken a last minute entry into the presidential election for her to become a better speaker. Once again we’re voting for the lesser of two evils.
