Yallll oh my gosh. I am very new to this. I tried around a year ago but nothing was working. I try to meditate and I'm asleep before the last counted breath. Most nights. And even in the day. I kept seeing this video and after almost 3 years I have never had an over night due to uncontrollable circumstances. I did this letter. I even told him about it. He said I have to right one now and did. Of course mine was for a purpose but the part that was so very real. I closed my eyes and was seeing me thru his. It felt so real. Wrote things he has said to me and wrote very soon baby we will be cuddle up with each other. And I will be darned a few days later I didn't just get 1 night I got 1 and followed by 3 nights together the whole time. It was even better then I've always dreamed it to be. The extra time we got led us right to the music. Something we want so badly but never had the time for. Someone pinch me ❤🥰🥰🥰🥰 I really can NOT thank you enough sir. I know im a master manifester (I have come from Abraham lol) but I also know I'm adhd af and just can't keep focused. 😂

I did it. Wrote the letter put it under my pillow for 3 nights. I read it yesterday morning and my sp texted me happy birthday. I was surprised he remembered. Then he texted me that he loves me and misses me. I was stunned. This is the first time something like this has worked for me and I’m so grateful! Thank you Ryan, that is also the name of my sp 😊
I haven't heard from my SP yet, but the next morning, I felt so confident about our relationship. All of the insecurities I had were gone. I know time is fluid. I am confident my SP will reach out soon.
Great-video, My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. I love the quality of your content. I’ve known about loa since I was 17 and heard of the secret. I’m almost 31 now. It’s always interesting learning new techniques but soooo many creators on here are just pumping out video after video to get views and it’s to the point where it’s the same message being recycled in 100 different videos. Her audience appreciates the value they’re getting. She could film on a microwave and i think I’d still watch if i needed some motivation. But yeah keep working on your vision but just know a lot of us really just appreciate the value and aren’t so focused on the extra shit.

I just tried the love letter method with my sp last night! I kid you not I felt as if she wrote it for me personally as I was writing it from her pov! I have been blocked by her for nearly a month, we are friends too! I have faith it will work because beforehand we were messaging each other a lot and having good connection! @souvikroychowdhury838 Try it out. You will be absolutely shocked at how potent of a shift the process will create. Don't mind the outward manifestation. The shift in how you think and feel about yourself and the relationship will be so profound you're going to have your head spinning. You won't get her back. You'll get a brand new relationships with her where you're an entirely different person that she never even thought you could become.

@jyotshnagohain6711 wait hold on. What I said was it CAN happen overnight. Meaning for some people it has been accomplished overnight. As a disclaimer, for some people it may take longer and that’s entirely okay. If you truly love and care about the person, they should be worth the wait. Pineapples are one of my favorite fruit but they take two to three years to grow. They’re definitely worth the wait and I’m glad the time didn’t scare away farmers from planting them for us to enjoy
My favorite movie of all time is Definitely Maybe. I've watched it many times in my own process and it's helped me remember the importance of every step of the process of becoming who you are, recovering from trauma, and not just ending up with the person you want to be with. I totally agree movies and any form of art is one of, if not the most powerful tools for consciousness, awareness, and expansion. And yes, I do treasure letters so I will be doing this if not for the beauty of it itself and its healing potential 💝

@owo32541 Thank you man. That means a lot. You might want to try out the method though because it's more of an acting exercise than a full on imagination exercise. I actually recommend a version of this to clients when they're struggling with visualizing since it helps with moving the state. And the writing afterwards helps with removing doubt. I mentioned that part near the end of the video.

After watching a few of your videos (I’m new to your channel), I dug up my old Neville Goddard and started to read it again. I had put it aside bc it just felt too “religious,” but you had quoted a few things from it and now I’m trying to get through the reader. Lol, idk if this will work (sounds like those magical spells people place onto another), but I’ll give it a shot. My SP left me on read 2 weeks ago, and he’s been liking pictures of others esp girls that make me super jealous. So, let’s see how it goes!!!
@JM-bv2mo You’ll get it. By the way, it doesn’t matter what language is used to describe the processes of manifesting whether it’s religious, magical, or scientific. They’re just different vocab words to describe the same thing. If you’re feeling resistance just know that the old books like the Bible were describing quantum mechanics in symbolic language that Shepards and fishermen could understand. Look at it that way and you should have no issue getting through Neville or magic explanations.
@@JM-bv2mo Uh I mean that's pretty easy. Put your phone down 😂 More practically make your phone as bland and dopamine-less as possible. Because your phone is like casino dispensing crack and candy. Turn off all notifications from any apps you've got and keep it on DnD/silent. Put your phone on greyscale color mode to stop the color stimulus. For me at minimum I've got no notifs and I also keep my phone on DnD all day long. And delete most apps off your phone. You can go the extra mile and use chrome extensions like news feed eradicator or block the apps. Do whatever it takes to give yourself barriers to stop going on the apps. Fill your time with books, downloaded videos, podcasts, audiobooks, and classical music. You do all of that and you'll be in waaaaaaaay more control and won't have to worry about social. It's simple, but not easy. Go try it out and see how things change. When I wanted to detox I went and jumped in the pool in Brazil and got my phone fried. So I spent like 3-4 months without a phone between being in Brazil and back in the states. Best way to reset my brain and habits. But you really don't have to go that extreme.
Update: Initially when I tried this method, I felt a sense of self love and inner peace. I probably did something wrong by reaching out to my SP first, and having him only to finally admit the relationship was too much for him, and apologize for hurting me, which is something he would never admit in the past. Today I receive messages from people telling me I deserve so much much. Tonight I took the letter out of my Bible, stood over my stove, read it as if it was him, and then I burnt it. Tonight, I chose me!
I have to comment. I am not a bot or whatever. Long story short, I texted him Friday, no response. Sunday, I wrote this letter before bed. Monday (today) while at work he texted me back. He actually texted me on Friday but Verizon had an outage 😂 he didn’t tell me that, I had to do my research. But this worked. I felt beautiful and loved after the letter and had a knowing. Truthfully I am not obsessed with this person or even in love with him BUT I wanted him. It worked for me.

Austin Osman Spare immediately came to mind while I was listening to her describe the process. And it made me realized how many techniques or methods people use are built on their principles.
I did it last year. I have written a truly emotional, amazing letter. 6 months after my letter, I got to know he got married to someone else (though he didnt even have a gf when I wrote the letter).
@lolaa11 okay you have to be real honest with yourself about what you thought after writing the letter. Because you can write the letter and let doubt in with self talk that contradicts the creation. The letter is the starting point, like starting a fire. Your feelings and thoughts after setting the fire are what attract the relationship. If you throw the dirt of doubt and water of worry over the flame then you’ll snuff out the fire.
@@RyanHallTalksyes you’re 100% right. I didn’t even write any letter, I just envisioned an “I LOVE YOU TOO.” From a very famous, always in the media celebrity. Not only did he DM me “ I love you too” he now sends voice messages, asks how I am, told me him and I are going to be very good friends and he’s always here for me. Was I shocked? No lol. Because my self concept is high. He’s lucky to get a response from me! lol I’ve worked on this for 15 yrs and am a psychologist too so it’s alot easier to manifest when my conscious and subconscious mind are both in alignment. This isn’t easy unless they do the work… or they are extremely detached from the outcome.
@@Lolaa11 A lot of inner work. The outside world is only a reflection of everything we think and believe. All good and bad things are traced back to a belief or thought you once had. Try affirmations that contradict what you feel now. If you feel unloved affirm how loved you are, if you feel unseen or unheard affirm the opposite. If you continue diligently in rewiring your mind, manifesting becomes extremely easy. Because manifesting is natural and your new reality will reflect all you are now affirming.
I’ve been watching you since you did the “you are in Barbados” video. I listened to it maybe 15 times. Since then when I’ve watched a video or two from you, I felt like you were more speaking to men, which is natural since you are a man. This is helpful tho. I’ve been considering paying for a session with you, but in order to have you understand what I need help with, I need to share the “old story” for you to know what I need help with. Can this work for non-romantic relationships? Like what if I want my favourite RUclipsr to notice me more on insta, or always like my stories, always like my posts, wish me a happy birthday, always heart my messages to them on insta. Can we do this method too or is this strictly romantic for a specific person? Like, is there another method similar so that I can have I guess him obsessed with me but not romantically but just always seeing the stuff I put maybe even following me and just always happy that I’m around and meet him a lot?
@lindalodman3007 you’re going to have to explain a bit more about what you mean so I can answer. But general rule, this technique is for changes someone’s perspective and state. Which starts with yourself. You can let the state go loose without a specific person and wait for someone to pick it up, but I haven’t personally tried it out so I’m not sure what would happen in that case.

@candleshoemanor Think of it like an acting exercise. Close your eyes. Relax and just imagine yourself to be the person, like you're playing a character for a play. If you want to make it easier, then imagine yourself as your favorite character first, like Tony Stark. Look around the room, like you were Tony Stark interacting with everything like he would and talking like he would. Then pick another character and imagine how you would act as them for a few minutes. Then you just imagine you're moving into your ideal person as the last character. And walk through your room before writing the love letter to leave to you before you come back into the room.
I just wrote the letter and will update it here! One question: What should I do with the letter after I’ve slept with it under my pillow? Should I burn it or throw it in the trash?
@weareloved mentioned it near the middle end of the video. You can throw it out or hang it up. Depends on what feels better for you. Hanging it up gives you a “vision board” like artifact to focus your mind on that you are loved
I discovered your video just now. I have a question do I write the letter, as if she is writing to me? So i start as Dear so and so (me) and then I signed the letter as my girlfriend... I love ❤️ this method. I can feel why it would work. At least it resonates with me.
When you said that you used old notes she wrote you i resonated with that alot . I sometimes go through old text messages to remind myself that this is how he feels and not whatever is showing up right now. I wish I kept my old notes but he has them since I gave him almost everything unfortunately, they remain present in my head and I still wear his necklace he made me in my 4D. Was there anything else that helped you?
@lillianfahey2590 Yeah the old notes helped out a lot. It was a big part of the process. Outside of that I worked on forgiveness exercises and improving myself daily. She loved me, but I had to work on shedding the old parts of myself that I didn't love. They don't ever go back to you. They start dating someone who looks very similar to you, but is a completely different person. We're together again, but I am not the same person I was months ago. Soo many different processes for that. I'm going to talk about it in the relationship program I'm launching Oct 1.
@appleheaddefender Dang, okay it seems like you might need to do some cleansing and forgiveness exercises first. This one only works if you've already gotten yourself into a pretty good emotional state. Wouldn't recommend this exercise if you're feeling like this. @thomashaynie406 I mean fundamentally yes you can. I'd be interested in finding out what happens if you try it. If you're going to write to anyone like angels, God, Jesus, or Neville Goddard it's best to make requests. In that case from what I've read it's best to ask for guidance or request the divine right choice be guided to you. Which now that I'm thinking about may be closer to what I recommend in the future. Asking for divine guidance, wisdom, and discernment.

@levisnider8942 If a person has a visual impairment then I would suggest to do the process entirely in the imagination instead of writing it out on paper. The power of the process is in the heart. Because you’re shifting to loving someone extremely intensely, and since that person is you, you finally acknowledge all the wonderful qualities that someone else will see. You highlight in your own mind all the things which make you wonderful and worthy of love. The power comes from finally experiencing that someone loves you deeply. In a radical act of self love, you break free from needing to be validated because you finally are

The job that's in full alignment with all your desires, where you're paid well, your talents are fully used, and you love who you work with. You may ask for a job that seems right from the outside and then get it and realize it was nothing like you imagined. So check out Florence Schovel Shinn The Game of Life and How to Play It for that. She has some of the best affirmations for divine selections
@pro100kryto DO NOT. NEVER DO SUCH A THING. Writing directly to the energy of money leaves your life open for anything to answer. The quote that everyone messes up is “money is the root of all evil”-that’s not what the quote said. Money itself is fine. The quote actually was ”The LOVE of money is the root of all evil.” In love you will forsake all others in service of your love. You should be rich in your life, you’re actually obligated to become rich to express your divine creative abilities to the fullest. but it should come from the love of others, through giving and service. We love people and use money. If set the other way around, it will destroy you. I’ll make videos on how to properly attract money by aligning with meaningful work and service to others. Any work you do should feel like play and effortless. That’s the sign you’re in full alignment since you will love the work and love who you are doing the work for because they are providing you the money to do what you love. Therefore there is an exchange where everyone is satisfied. Allowing you to stay in flow of energy and become rich through service of love

How you transform the workspace and add so much value to the company? They talk about all the comments your coworkers make about you. Bam, you’re no longer looking for a job, you are now in the state of being valued for all you provide at your dream job. Remember to get your dream job, you’ve got to feel like the dream employee made for this position. And you’re loving it and grateful
@amirabdullah3220 Good question. Yes you can print out message someone's sent to you if they're good ones if you want to rekindle the feeling. If it's digital and that's how you normally consumed it then i'd suggest putting it on your phone as a screenshot in a folder. If you feel called to print them out then try it as an experiment and report back to us.
@vivianstewart5212 it can work for attracting your partner that fits that template. Just some people might find it difficult to embody someone they don’t know. Kind of like trying to imagine a color that you’ve never seen. If you want a divinely selected partner there are much easier methods like making the list of qualities you want in your partner
@Stevemaster67 Okay. Yes, you can. But with great power comes great responsibility. Any one you use this with, WILL become your responsibility. If you desire to be with someone, you better have a dang good reason, because they will become your responsibility. If the reason is just for yourself and not for their own sake, that desire will destroy you. Because you will deprive others of what they desire if your intention isn't to provide for EVERY single one of their needs and dreams. If you're not planning on caring, providing for, and loving every single one of them long term equally, then I'd advise against using this on multiple people. If you're cool with the responsibility of loving, totally providing for, and managing the expectations of multiple people AND their multiple families THEN go for it. But only after careful consideration.

@stevemaster67 Oh you’re welcome man. Yes you can use it for friendships too but it’s a little overboard for just regular friendship. For non-romantic relationships, that’s like trying to toast bread with a flamethrower 😂 yes you can do it but there are much safer ways to do it. You can just imagine getting texts and hopping in the car excited to meet them if it’s just buddies
@zouhourbarrouta-graham483 The point of the exercise is to create the feeling of being loved and obsessed over by someone. What you said about email kinda proves the point. You're right, email is used more than paper letters--so can you imagine just how obsessed someone would have to be to grab a piece of paper, find a pen and write you a letter? Writing it as an email removes all of the emotion, power and obsession in the act. You want to really feel something, then write it out long hand. Digital is too disconnected from the full physical experience of making a work of art for someone you love.
@kbabyshorts.4152 I’m releasing other videos with methods that seem way less witchy. I can understand why people would be uncomfortable with something like this. It’s a cool method for people more flexible in consciousness but definitely not for everyone. All the methods ultimately work because you changes yourself and your own consciousness. Asking for the divine right partner to be guided to you might be more your speed. Since there’s no perceived manipulation there

The power is how you come out the other end feeling loved by someone. You can now walk around in the state of being loved by someone, which is actually what attracts the relationship or the messages. You vibrate being loved instead of longing for love. It’s the same reason why people get suitors coming after them after they’re in a relationship. You know you are loved and desired, so other people pick up on the non-needy vibe

@antoniodurham1865 You're not writing to someone else, you're writing to yourself. So the answer is technically yes. It would actually be even better to imagine it from another person's perspective but not assuming any known persons character. It can work, but would be more difficult for the average person because it's difficult to conceptualize an unknown person. I'd actually prefer suggesting it because you allow any person to move into the position of your ideal person. it doesnt have issues with like free will

@Ashley-ig7vk That's correct, it's a variation on scripting. Scripting usually though is assuming the character of a future version of yourself. But the important thing is shifting into the state of being loved. Whatever variation you use the most important thing is moving into the state of feeling like you're already deeply loved. As long as you reach that state, then you're good.

@CarlaShirley-g8i You're asking a question that doesn't matter. If someone is truly determined to find someone, then these things wouldn't matter. Just do the process and let him figure that part out. That's none of your business. It'll be one hell of a story for him to tell you later about the crazy stuff he had to go through to find you. Just make sure you're findable on social so he doesn't have to try too hard.
Have people even considered the repercussions of karma you will get from this form of manipulation you are literally trying to manifest someone that doesn't want you wouldn't you want some to want you because they just do each to they own I guess
@marchella1st Yes actually. That’s kind of the point of this being a love letter. Karma is doing. It’s the return of the energy placed into the universal system. The energy placed into the act and universe is sending someone love. That person just so happens to be yourself, but the act is pining or expressing love for another person. The karmic implication of this is having someone desiring to love. The thing you’re actually manipulating is not another person, but yourself. Literally. You’re casting yourself as a character but you’re manipulating your own self perception and self concept. When it comes to how the other person responds to you, it’s in response to the shift in your own self concept that attracts them to you. Not pure manipulation of them. They just pick up on the vibe that you’re feeling loved

@marchella1st The title is for generating clicks but actually illustrates a great point around manipulation and the Will. You can't use anything like this to make someone do anything against their free will. Our Will is always free but it's constantly being influenced every day. Like why did you open RUclips today? Why did you click on this video? Why did you watch any other videos on RUclips for that matter? Your Will was Free, but you were influenced to act a certain way. Your desire was activated by the Will of another. That's how we decide to what to watch on which app. That's how you decide what food to eat for dinner. That's how all your decisions are made. There isn't a gun to your head making you click. All your decisions, you made based on your dominate desire at the moment. You're in a constant battle of Wills to create desires you didn't even know was happening long before the decision was even made. There isn't raw Free Will making decisions without influence, that doesn't exist. Capitalism and our society is built on manipulation of the individual Will. We're walking through a gigantic web of influences constantly manipulating our Will to make decisions on what to watch, do, or buy thousands of times a day. Now in matters of love, everyone is using some form of manipulation of the Will. From makeup, perfume, to the type of clothing you wear, these are all subtle forms of manipulation to attract your ideal. That's why you've got IG thirst traps, makeup, and sexy clothes. It's all manipulation of the Will, we just don't consider it to be manipulation since it's physical and common place. Using any method like this cannot influence someone to do something against their own free will. That defies law. But what it does do is influence the dominate desire in the mind, like every other form of influence they're getting bombarded with on a day to day basis. You can't make someone love you against their will. To make someone do something against their will requires you to use Fear/Negative Desire. You can only bring out love for you if the potential for that is already within them. If they don't have the ability to love you, it ain't gunna work.

Yallll oh my gosh. I am very new to this. I tried around a year ago but nothing was working. I try to meditate and I'm asleep before the last counted breath. Most nights. And even in the day. I kept seeing this video and after almost 3 years I have never had an over night due to uncontrollable circumstances. I did this letter. I even told him about it. I did it. Wrote the letter put it under my pillow for 3 nights. I read it yesterday morning and my sp texted me happy birthday. I was surprised he remembered. I just tried the love letter method with my sp last night! I kid you not I felt as if she wrote it for me personally as I was writing it from her pov! My favorite movie of all time is Definitely Maybe. Honestly tho, you one of the few coaches I can actually enjoy watching. @owo32541 Thank you man. That means a lot. You might want to try out the method though because it's more of an acting exercise than a full on imagination exercise. I actually recommend a version of this to clients when they're struggling with visualizing since it helps with moving the state. And the writing afterwards helps with removing doubt. I mentioned that part near the end of the video.

After watching a few of your videos (I’m new to your channel), I dug up my old Neville Goddard and started to read it again. I had put it aside bc it just felt too “religious,” but you had quoted a few things from it and now I’m trying to get through the reader.
Lol, idk if this will work (sounds like those magical spells people place onto another), but I’ll give it a shot. My SP left me on read 2 weeks ago, and he’s been liking pictures of others esp girls that make me super jealous. So, let’s see how it goes!!!
@JM-bv2mo You’ll get it. By the way, it doesn’t matter what language is used to describe the processes of manifesting whether it’s religious, magical, or scientific. They’re just different vocab words to describe the same thing.
If you’re feeling resistance just know that the old books like the Bible were describing quantum mechanics in symbolic language that Shepards and fishermen could understand.
Look at it that way and you should have no issue getting through Neville or magic explanations.

@@JM-bv2mo Uh I mean that's pretty easy. Put your phone down 😂 More practically make your phone as bland and dopamine-less as possible. Because your phone is like casino dispensing crack and candy.
Turn off all notifications from any apps you've got and keep it on DnD/silent. Put your phone on greyscale color mode to stop the color stimulus. For me at minimum I've got no notifs and I also keep my phone on DnD all day long.
And delete most apps off your phone.
You can go the extra mile and use chrome extensions like news feed eradicator or block the apps. Do whatever it takes to give yourself barriers to stop going on the apps.
Fill your time with books, downloaded videos, podcasts, audiobooks, and classical music. You do all of that and you'll be in waaaaaaaay more control and won't have to worry about social.
It's simple, but not easy. Go try it out and see how things change.
When I wanted to detox I went and jumped in the pool in Brazil and got my phone fried. So I spent like 3-4 months without a phone between being in Brazil and back in the states. Best way to reset my brain and habits. But you really don't have to go that extreme.
Update: Initially when I tried this method, I felt a sense of self love and inner peace. I probably did something wrong by reaching out to my SP first, and having him only to finally admit the relationship was too much for him, and apologize for hurting me, which is something he would never admit in the past. Today I receive messages from people telling me I deserve so much much. Tonight I took the letter out of my Bible, stood over my stove, read it as if it was him, and then I burnt it. Tonight, I chose me!
I have to comment. I am not a bot or whatever. Long story short, I texted him Friday, no response. Sunday, I wrote this letter before bed. Monday (today) while at work he texted me back. He actually texted me on Friday but Verizon had an outage 😂 he didn’t tell me that, I had to do my research. But this worked. I felt beautiful and loved after the letter and had a knowing. Truthfully I am not obsessed with this person or even in love with him BUT I wanted him. It worked for me.

@HeyBiw Yeah I like breakdown the actual systems behind what TikTok and IG manifesting teachers are talking about. Austin Osman Spare immediately came to mind while I was listening to her describe the process. And it made me realized how many techniques or methods people use are built on their principles.
I did it last year. I have written a truly emotional, amazing letter. 6 months after my letter, I got to know he got married to someone else (though he didnt even have a gf when I wrote the letter).
@lolaa11 okay you have to be real honest with yourself about what you thought after writing the letter. Because you can write the letter and let doubt in with self talk that contradicts the creation.
The letter is the starting point, like starting a fire. Your feelings and thoughts after setting the fire are what attract the relationship. If you throw the dirt of doubt and water of worry over the flame then you’ll snuff out the fire.
@@RyanHallTalksyes you’re 100% right. I didn’t even write any letter, I just envisioned an “I LOVE YOU TOO.” From a very famous, always in the media celebrity. Not only did he DM me “ I love you too” he now sends voice messages, asks how I am, told me him and I are going to be very good friends and he’s always here for me. Was I shocked? No lol. Because my self concept is high. He’s lucky to get a response from me! lol I’ve worked on this for 15 yrs and am a psychologist too so it’s alot easier to manifest when my conscious and subconscious mind are both in alignment. This isn’t easy unless they do the work… or they are extremely detached from the outcome.

@@Lolaa11 A lot of inner work. The outside world is only a reflection of everything we think and believe. All good and bad things are traced back to a belief or thought you once had. Try affirmations that contradict what you feel now. If you feel unloved affirm how loved you are, if you feel unseen or unheard affirm the opposite. If you continue diligently in rewiring your mind, manifesting becomes extremely easy. Because manifesting is natural and your new reality will reflect all you are now affirming.

Can this work for non-romantic relationships? Like what if I want my favourite RUclipsr to notice me more on insta, or always like my stories, always like my posts, wish me a happy birthday, always heart my messages to them on insta. Can we do this method too or is this strictly romantic for a specific person? But general rule, this technique is for changes someone’s perspective and state. Which starts with yourself. You can let the state go loose without a specific person and wait for someone to pick it up, but I haven’t personally tried it out so I’m not sure what would happen in that case.

@candleshoemanor Think of it like an acting exercise. Close your eyes.
Relax and just imagine yourself to be the person, like you're playing a character for a play.
If you want to make it easier, then imagine yourself as your favorite character first, like Tony Stark. Look around the room, like you were Tony Stark interacting with everything like he would and talking like he would. Then pick another character and imagine how you would act as them for a few minutes. Then you just imagine you're moving into your ideal person as the last character. And walk through your room before writing the love letter to leave to you before you come back into the room.

One question: What should I do with the letter after I’ve slept with it under my pillow? Should I burn it or throw it in the trash?
@weareloved mentioned it near the middle end of the video. You can throw it out or hang it up. Depends on what feels better for you. Hanging it up gives you a “vision board” like artifact to focus your mind on that you are loved

When you said that you used old notes she wrote you i resonated with that alot . I sometimes go through old text messages to remind myself that this is how he feels and not whatever is showing up right now. I wish I kept my old notes but he has them since I gave him almost everything unfortunately, they remain present in my head and I still wear his necklace he made me in my 4D.

@lillianfahey2590 Yeah the old notes helped out a lot. It was a big part of the process. Outside of that I worked on forgiveness exercises and improving myself daily.
She loved me, but I had to work on shedding the old parts of myself that I didn't love.
They don't ever go back to you. They start dating someone who looks very similar to you, but is a completely different person. We're together again, but I am not the same person I was months ago. Soo many different processes for that. I'm going to talk about it in the relationship program I'm launching Oct 1.

@appleheaddefender Dang, okay it seems like you might need to do some cleansing and forgiveness exercises first. This one only works if you've already gotten yourself into a pretty good emotional state. Wouldn't recommend this exercise if you're feeling like this.

It can work, but would be more difficult for the average person because it's difficult to conceptualize an unknown person. I'd actually prefer suggesting it because you allow any person to move into the position of your ideal person. it doesnt have issues with like free will

But the important thing is shifting into the state of being loved. Whatever variation you use the most important thing is moving into the state of feeling like you're already deeply loved. As long as you reach that state, then you're good.

Karma is doing. It’s the return of the energy placed into the universal system. The energy placed into the act and universe is sending someone love. That person just so happens to be yourself, but the act is pining or expressing love for another person. The karmic implication of this is having someone desiring to love.
The thing you’re actually manipulating is not another person, but yourself. Literally. You’re casting yourself as a character but you’re manipulating your own self perception and self concept.
When it comes to how the other person responds to you, it’s in response to the shift in your own self concept that attracts them to you. Not pure manipulation of them. They just pick up on the vibe that you’re feeling loved
