The design and asthetics look stunning but how are you going to deal with the Rain water since there's a big opening in the sealing right in the middle of the house and a bedroom is located slightly below the ground level which could be flooded with rain water. How will you deal with that ?
You can achieve the same by covering the Open Ceiling by glass or acrylic material, to provide with sunlight as well as protecting from rain water to flow inside courtyard.

But actually mr verma gave e the best advices. I want to go further but I feel bad to raise more demand always so I keep quiet till I make my demand properly.

Impressive as always.....but from the top floor bedroom balcony you can see the bedroom of just lower from it I think it was the 4th bedroom of front side....so that's not good... privacy matters even in own house because you never know who will be going to use this kind of upper room....

But one question that in raining season how would there be water clearing and how the open space be covered from the water damage??
You can go with glass covering on the top, instead of opening. It solves both issues.
Additionally have water pumps installed and design floor such that water flows in one area. For worst case situations.
