I tried now a variant of that build. Surveillance, oppression,overcharge, call of brine. It was golden, i got a message in the end from a tbagging wanabe bully to “enjoy y ban”
You hooked everyone almost equally and they still lost. Proof that Wolfe doesn’t only win because of tunneling

I don't think it was the build that dominated this, I am pretty sure it was just you. The Oppression/Surveillance combo seemed to do a lot of work.
Is Pentimento/Ruin worth it with the fact that its only forcing them to remove one totem? Maybe Ruin/Undying/Oppression/Surveillance?

Why oppression with ruin? You can't kick anything while ruin is up.
The only build u need for sadako is sloppy, deadlock, ruin, corrupt. Use the addons to prolong tvs to stay closed and the one that gives eveyone a condemn stat when you hook survivors with a tape and you are good to go. Just teleport rundomly around and close every tv any time ñ. When you see survivor that its is a guaranteed hit injure them them and let them lose time to heal and not look for tapes. When you see a condemn, chase them relentlesly and make them use every pallet while u are demanifested. When they get used to it and stop waste pallets manifest and hit them. Every other survivor will come to the rescue but it's pointless. Demanifest to stop bodyblocks and you have one kill early game 90% of the time. Repeat but now its easier. No more pallets, and less survivors. GGs. With thad build you dont kick. Your pressure is universal.
