The Frieze Breeches (Cúnla) lesson played slow

I was asked to do a teaching version of this on Mandolin by someone in Vancouver, but admit I hadn’t actually learnt it until now. So I listened to Planxty’s version of it and learnt it. Liam O’Flynn only plays it through as a whole tune once at the end of the set and he plays a few nice simple variations as well, but this is the basic tune. The tune of the song is basically the first two parts.
