they trim their breaks or else in cages they develop a pecking order and they will literally peck each other to death. Stops them from pecking each other.

LEt me expand , this sticks, This is horrible work. As an industriral egg packer ,...... I hate it. It pays well enough. sorda... I wish they treated us better. But... I just want to be replaced by a robot to find something better. I mean cant the machine detect and remove broken eggs? When a carton comes down Cant it be lasor deceted for broken? Less humans can be involved.. And paid and treated better. Basically I put that shit into boxes. I make sure less eggs are broken. but a machine should be able to do that too. their could be less packers. Increase your optics control systems. Keep quality control but maintain less of them through better mechanics.
with all those shades just sitting just apply a medical marijuana licence for growing with that manure you will produce the best.and that's all so a happy retirement
