Okay so I had this pre ordered on sideshow but after seeing the review and comparison I caved and ordered it off of toyswonderland. After a good while sobbing horrendously at my bank statement the pain went away immediately after he arrived. Completely worth it. Out of all the war machines the mark 4 is my favorite design/aesthetic wise, so I’ll be more than happy making this my “one war machine” figure and will be greedily keeping it in my collection forever. So darn you for these awesome reviews but also thank you!
It can't replace the MK 1 as much as I want it to take that spot. It looks fantastic but it lacks that special suit feeling for me. To each their own I guess..lol
Funny that Justin Hammer modify/completed the MK1 while Tony made the rest and yet the MK1 has the best look. I mean Hammer ain't Exactly the best weapon maker yet he did War Machine better than Tony, lol.
I went from having no war machine to having the diecast Mk1, Mk4 and 1/4 scale Mk2 a la Play Imaginative. Anyway, the Mk1 and Mk4 are so unique both are worth having imo, diecast ONLY! Mk4 > Mk3 imo and they're pretty similar as you know. I'm looking forward to the gundam-war machine (aka the new iron patriot). Mk6 seems...too tame like the Mk2. Side note, the 1/4 mk2 at 80% diecast is definitely something to behold. 1/6 scale it's pretty meh but at 1/4 it's a murder weapon thanks to all the diecast lol.
There is some inaccuracy though.. the 2 silver panel from the chest should be able to open but hot toy didnt do it. And the leg suppose to have lights as well
You see those panels opened for a split second and we never see anything come out of them. And when it comes to the lights on the legs I could personally careless. No batteries to mess with, and not having to worrying about them was probably a huge reason we got the figure so early.

Ugh I hate the helmet designs past the first suit. The only one I like it's the iron Patriot that appeared in endgame. That helmet was so slick.
