- The Los Angeles Times says lawyers for April Lampros filed the suit Thursday, accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault, battery, negligent infliction of emotional distress and more. Angelica Nwandu, founder of The Shade Room, says the music industry has heard many rumors over the past few months. But Mark Geragos, who was Diddy’s lawyer for years, tells “Cuomo” that the lawyer who brought several of the lawsuits against Diddy has been served with a sanctions motion, accusing him of filing false and baseless allegations.
