If you're curious to see some high speed AC6 combat, try looking up "Armored Core 6 Player vs AC(AI)". The AI there is very trigger happy with boost and Player seems to be a AC vet, so the fight is very much a dogfight. Careful if you want to make a react vid to it, though(better watch it on your own). It's Original vid was taken down because it was supposed to be part of the missions that wasn't supposed to be seen by the public yet.
Based on interviews, the multiplayer is 1v1 elimination and 3v3 team deathmatch (with up to 3 observers) for AC 6 launch. Which isn't bad as a start, but the one thing 5th generation did which was worth bringing over (other than some UI ideas they took) was Co-op multiplayer missions. Hopefully, that'll be a patch or DLC for 6.
I think Vaati has confirmed that there is no debt system in this game, which has pros and cons. better for encouraging experimentation, but a lack of "pressure-cooker" feeling to messing up badly.
Yeah, at worst we literally make nothing from a mission. Which, well, I'm willing to accept for the same reason as checkpoints. Because it lets you get back to getting good more quickly. We would have loaded a save or come back to the mission anyway, so cutting out that wasted time is respecting our time.
Few things I wanted to point but didn't have the time to, energy really does recharge a fair bit faster then previous. Either way, one month away!!
