Its funny that just such a change can give you a sigh of relief and actually feels good for once, thats how a gaming experience should be.
Way to early to count this as a win. Typically they balance out the pain in a fusion. Lets wait till we see the Summon Rush isn't twice as hard.
Typically they season up the carrot at the start to get people engaged. then yank the traps at the end when you think it's in reach.

If they did this on purpose. Imagine if they had a change of heart and are going in the direction of generosity and fun from now on to keep players playing. Even with all their lack of playtesting and balancing, I think we'd all be playing a lot more.

bro I was so stressed with 10 sacreds last night and woke to this! pulled 3 sacred epics incliding husk, getting visix today, and im done with 7 sacreds left well past mercy now. outstanding
I did the champion chase because on the HH website it said i only really had an estimated 1500 out of 3000, but not only was I able to make the 1550, pulled a grizzled jarl, a seer, a painkeeper, and a loriaca. So I definitely got some good pulls today especially for pain keeper and seer for end game stuff since I am still considered early game. SOOOOOO HAPPY!!!

I don't think it was a mistake. I think Plarium took into account that no one would have the epics yet to fuse, because if you add the 1400 points for 4 void epics, your at 2950 which is pretty close to what it normally is.
I decided to pull 3 sacreds since I was close to mercy. Cannot believe my luck, but I actually pulled Freyja on the 3rd 🤯🤯

In android you log in and then when you get to the loki screen, turn off wifi, with airplane mode on click on the close button and once the loki screen is gone turn wifi back on and you avoid collecting the item.
thanks for the insight in all your videos, pulled 3 sacreds to finish off the champion chase (after saving Arbiter & Loki) and got a dupe Vogoth, Marksman & FREYA!!!
Completed the champion chase with 30 ancient shards. Plarium HQ cursing somebody out.
I did it with 20 Ancients and some extra summons... awesome. First cool, player oriented move by Plarium in a while

I hope this was on purpose and that they are going to make the shard rush and the bonus event not ridiculously high as a balance. Fusions being a bit easier would be really nice, and then have the books and extra rewards be the juicy points would make me actually go for more fusions.
in others fusion this tournament was been at the end of the fusion, so you can reached many point trough the fusion of epics
I think this is just Plarium recognizing that sacreds are poor value for a champ chase and adjusting the pts accordingly. Gift is a bit strong. I'm not sure that a company not screwing their customers is a gift so much as good business.
it is not a mistake. they learned that new low spending players can't do these at all. thats why we wouldn't bother with other events either. by lowering this one they make us spend for this and the other events too
The flight mode trick is superrrrrrr helpful lets me hoard champs for champ chase easily
They are going to increase it by a lot for the next champion chase. So don't get your hopes up too much, lol.

They just reduced the amount of Dyana (350) x 4 = 1400. This is just the same as usual for middle gamers. Maybe a bit better but please don't flatter Plarium.

from my liveops exp, when such thing happens as a bug/mistake, it's too late for us to drop OTA changes since some players could've already reach the milestone in question and it'd be a disaster. def 50/50 bug or a good change

I pulled 1 remnant summon shard thingy and got Frejya. got 3 this last few days. pulled Rokka an orc void revive and got a 2nd Nari the lucky from 20 blue shards. champ chase was just 20 blue and 1 remnant for me. i did the 10 void over the weekend hoping for Odin, no dice but i did get a leggo void Rokka, so is all great. :)
this definitely not mistake, plarium did this on purpose, cos this time there are 3 summon events, if they make it hard for all 3, then players will make noise, so they put the first one as champ chase but giving 2x sacred, imagine how many ppl will fall for this, then when the 2 summon rush event on live, we will have no more shards and gotto buy and spend money.
if in the beginning, they did summon rush and champ chase later on, then ppl can pull shards now for 2x and pull fusion champ for the chase. but now they put it at such low threshold for champ chase, everyone are happy, and due to the 2x, many ppl will want to try their luck to pull more than what they need.

no i dont think its that bc they have done hybrid before with 3 summon rush before.
I got FOMO cause 4 clan mates pulled Freya in less than 6 shards total split between all 4 of them. 2 pulled on first shard and 2 on second shard. So I pulled 10 of 14 sacreds and got a dupe rhazin. Now I have 20 ancients, 19 voids, 2 primals and 4 sacreds. I hope I didn't screw myself on the summon rush.

I hope they adjust some of the other events in a similar direction. Would be nice if these fusions didn't drain everything. I'm probably going for the 3k and the book too, just too good to pass up.
I ran mine this morning before I saw your video. I was shocked that after 6 or 7 sacreds when I switched to check my progress that I was done!
Boozer I stuck to my guns pulled my 50 ancients got the fragments and harima. Seems like a good day in my book.

I did 1 sacred and got Theodor, did 10 blue ones and droped 2 epics. Then i did about 200 green ones and it was done lol
And update, pulled 1 sacred to fill in the last points I needed to get the fragments, got freyja, so will be skipping the deck event!
3 sacred shards in and I somehow got Freyja. Super lucky and excited.

I think the fed up with our complaints :) Last few fusions was stupid. Think also about the DDivers. I finished spider and half DDivers done too. Lets hope they dont go crazy with last half :(
A huge W if Plarium is actually going in this direction. The gap between p2w and f2p is so large already and this is at least a better way for them to let people get their hands on some of these good champions

it s not a mistake there is not 2x ancients or so
people don t want to use 11 sacreds to get 1/16 of a champion or 1/2 of the needed summon events
with costs like that people could skip fusions and go for just summoning or guaranteed champs
edit: and plarium does not want people to skip fusions
It’s called bait and switch.. Get people to do the fusion then drop a Hero’s path at the end with a 5 star soul to milk em dry.
I got one epic done already. RLS help is so good. Got most of everything done overnight.
I’m assuming they did it to give all the new players a chance to get Thor. There’s always a cycle where the headline events get easy just when a 7 day log in champ drops.

The a1. Attack, then get another turn.
The a2. give team block damage, revive on death, 4 stack intercept, 30%shield, 60%increase defense, and 25%strengthen.
Passive. Revive everyone at the start of my turn.
Fusions make me tense so I don't do them no matter how good the champion is.

I fused the last legendary for Mikage and then Mikage herself. Then I pulled a void shard. Done with Chase. 😂

Champ chace with 2x sacreds is normally lower than the others.
Last one I did with a single shard. It was the 10x lizardman for the faction guys (the damage dealer). Got him on the single shard I pulled, XD. the rest was Champ training + Green shards + Some fragments fusions. I was 1750 points I think
you say things like "easy-peasy" and "free 2 play" and then you summon remenant shards (that come from the new city which is the hardest content in the game) 😁
There is no way I could skip picking up a login champ for that long. I flip between mobile and PC too many times and I would eventually make a mistake (I'd forget).
I've always maintained, if Plarium wants to increase its player base, it needs to do more of this. Let people enjoy the game *and* look forward to it, instead of groaning in desperate hope that *maybe* Plarium will ease us up on the backbreaking slavery.
Looks like I will be skipping a DD for sure now. A bit tapped on energy. I screwed up some auto runs on the dragon event just before the fusion. I can save some gems now.

Going in, I didn't think I had the shards to do this fusion (I have everything else just fine). So I figured, "Grab the Epic (Dyana) and callout a day."
I MAY still do that, but I can get this Champion chase done with just Mystery shards! Granted, I will be pulling a LOT, but I will use the trash to upgrade my food and I can double up that way with the training event still going.
I'll have to see where I am as this fusion progresses. Maybe I CAN get Thor with just a FEW Sacreds to pull??
(I wish I had thought about saving Loki to pull today. Oh well! I'm wiser for the future.)

There is a break there because the summon rush will be tough
Maybe they are actually giving FTP a chance to get an OP champion instead of the whales getting them

Mistake? rly? Plarium doesn´t make mistakes...they calculate. I´m not pulling a single sacred for this. I´ll likely fuse one of the epics, fuse 3 broadmaws, maybe a relickeeper use sintrantos cursed remeins summon and do some points with mystery shards. I´ll save sacreds for deck of fate for freya and summon rushes.

When i saw it i just grabbed the fragments quick before they patched it.
Was buzzing with this I had mithrala, Cleo and akoth ready to fuse so only had to do them and pull 20 ancients to get the points

Don't celebrate one fusion champ of four there's plenty ways to make you reach for the fourth And it likely will be a choice Thor Freyja or Odin They wouldn't just give away Thor and Loki

Pulled one sacred, and got Sniktraak, think ill do the rest with green shards if possible. What a game changer
I was able to get the fragments by fusion mikage epic and a leggo, used two sacred and 10 blue. Now im down to 0 sacard, i primal, 2 void and 32 blue. Hopefully i can get more sharps later on but then i realized i have an epic tp fuse for thor fusion so i couldve save sacard lol 😅
im a new player a little over 60 days in, i have bought energy, got 5 60s, i play at work and in the background when i get home, this event i only have one goal, to get the epic. if i can get the legendary i be really happy. but my goal is the epic for lvl13 fire boss.
