I hate to be the one who does this, but I'm tried. Yall have a mixture of fans ,that's in every age group. I'm tried of these young adults being disrespectful to us grown all the way grown people. Can yall please let them know to stop. If someone commit they shouldn't assume they are the same age.
They arent disrespectful, they can communicate with their coaches without fear so they say it how it is. They just need to know how to say how they feel in a way that doesn't come off as disrespectful. Talk freely but in a better tone
Anytime I was in dance, gymnastics or cheer my coach never sat in a chair giving me orders. She was up on the floor, spotting, standing, cheering, clapping, like she was part of us. That made such a difference for my spirit and morale. Not being yelled at, demeaned from the sideline.
Quick reminder that God will never put weight on your shoulders that He knows you can’t handle. Whatever your going through just be patient and see why God made you wait. It may be hard but it’s all worth it 💫.

Some of y’all in here reaching about the braids … the coach never said the girls have to cut there hair to be on a team …. She said that HER daughter would be cutting her braids out, don’t you cut the ends of the braids to remove them? You can’t tell me tumbling with hair and nailed is sensible because one wrong turn and it’s a nail in someone’s eye or someone steps on hair and it’s disaster. Use your thinking caps.
Even if she told the girls they aren’t allowed to wear long braids, she wouldn’t be wrong. These girls are athletes and the long nails and hair is a safety issue. You wanna be cute or do your job correctly?
So no braids at all or just no long braids because allowing the girls to wear there black hair is one of the things I LOOOOVE about this team cause I was never allowed to wear braids on my team because “I didn’t match everyone else and I would stand out”
The coach is tough but you have to be she also is caring and loves her girls. When she tells you your hair is to long its for your safety and your nails its for your safety and others . Im sorry but there's no motive driving them to do better. The coaches need to get up and correct them because my coach would be yelling and saying how this needs to improve and this and that. Half those girl are too big to be dropping these tiny flyers. They hair is way to long in my opinion like being a cheerleader comes with things you can and cannot do like you signed up for it. No way could I tumble with long acrylics and long hair down to my ankles.
I love this team with all my heart but sometimes they just fall off they could be such an awesome team. Set the rules if you can make the last four practices without an excuse no fingernails no long hair no earrings and no lateness then you don’t deserve to be on that floor. Set those rules stick to them . You should whole practices and stunting then second time all dance third time Then perfected all together they need to know that when they’re in the gym it’s time to be serious you can play outside of the gym . I love to see my fellow sisters doing cheer❤️ I do suggest having the girls either having natural hair out or shorter braids. The one girl with shorter braids, her hair looks nice. All girls should have the same practice uniform and look together. I think it will make the team more cohesive. If they give attitude make them go run or condition. Overall a good team❤️

So I have some tips if you want them since I do cheer maybe they should wear the same color so like on what days they have practice they should wear black or red or white and shorts on no leggings. hair needs to be in a pony tail no talking unless told too no jewelry nor nails for safety:)

she said when the braids are pulled back it pulls her head too much, she said it messes up how her tumbles look. i can only assume when her hairs down she's more comfortable tumbling.
These girls are so good! But I think their stunts would be 100 times better if their coaches helped them more! But overall, they’re all such great cheerladers! Amazing tumbling and everything!!

They need to listen because they know their coaches is gonna be strict when it comes to this … it’s actually crazy that these coaches has to teach some of these older girls how to act and not talk back cause you always respect grown adults ( expect for when they are disrespecting you or your mother).
The last two girls with tumbling passes don't have the stamina. I would switch them out with two other girls who do. If I can see how badly they're struggling the judges will see it. Overall they're making real progress. They looked much more cohesive. There's a couple who still play too much though and I think it encourages the others. Maybe think about finding a challenge course or some other team building activity so that they can learn trust in one another. It would really benefit your stunt groups. Your flyers always look like they're waiting to be dropped.
Did they just start doing full outs? Or sum cause if they been doing full outs that’s unacceptable. And why didn’t they catch the flyer my coach would’ve made us do 6inches or planks for a stunt falling especially if the flyer touches the flour

When I was incheer and gymnastics (I do dance now) my coach would actually get up show us how to do help us see how to do the move/stunt and didn't pressure us or anything They don't sit on chairs and yell at us
Yep long hair can cause injuries and so can them nails. Cause we all know lifting someone and catching them with acrylics, one wrong turn and pop! Goes your natural nail and the fake nail. We don't need that.
This goes for all the teams. These long braids have to go.its not cute to have braids that's close to the floor. And you are a cheerleader because you could get really really hurt,or hurt your team mate. In reality nobody should have braids that long due to safety. If you are going to have braids,then needs to be a length check in place

Can someone tell me why did the coach tell one of the gurls to cut her hair I kinda confuse?
This goes for all the teams. These long braids have to go.its not cute to have braids that's close to the floor. And you are a cheerleader because you could get really really hurt,or hurt your team mate.
In reality nobody should have braids that long due to safety.
If you are going to have braids,then needs to be a length check in place
Yes for cheer but you take your own risks, but long braids in general are very pretty

What they mean by that is
It not good to have long braids due to the safety rules like
the hair can get in there face while tumbling and then they cant see anything even more. That why cheerleader have there hair up because it safety rules they have to follow
@@zurihawkins219 I wear braids every summer. I don't have a problem with them, I do have a problem with the length when you are athletic. Due to safety reasons
