She said that HER daughter would be cutting her braids out, don’t you cut the ends of the braids to remove them?
You can’t tell me tumbling with hair and nailed is sensible because one wrong turn and it’s a nail in someone’s eye or someone steps on hair and it’s disaster. Use your thinking caps.
Even if she told the girls they aren’t allowed to wear long braids, she wouldn’t be wrong. These girls are athletes and the long nails and hair is a safety issue. You wanna be cute or do your job correctly?

Am I the only one who doesn't like the idea of them not being able to leave with their parents? like I understand during competition mode of course but say their parents wanted to stay longer after they preform.... idk maybe its just me
How are the smallest and lightest girls on the team falling in their stunts, how is there jewelry and gum on the mat, where's the discipline?!?!? the chatter, right attitude and respect for leadership has gotten better but still very much lacking.

First of all I feel bad for the cheerleaders bc as a cheerleader we have amazing coaches bit them the coaches are crazy. They have terrible attitudes if they go to comps I bet they loose every single one. And they don't fix tumble technique like the tumble is absolutely terrible I have only saw, like 1 girl with good tumble. Second the stunts are terrifying. The flyers fall all the time. It'd unsafe this could easily be made a level 1 team. They need a bigger gym and available tumble classes. This is not a true gym I would close it down.
In my defense I think instead of yelling at them they should do it they self to see how hard it for them

Spears is getting tired. You can see it in her face. I truly hope that she keeps pushing. Maybe the coaches should try talking to her and seeing where her head is at. She is too good to stop now. She really is going places. Spears hands down deserves more credit and recognition for how hard she works.

Im sorry but there's no motive driving them to do better. The coaches need to get up and correct them because my coach would be yelling and saying how this needs to improve and this and that. Half those girl are too big to be dropping these tiny flyers. They hair is way to long in my opinion like being a cheerleader comes with things you can and cannot do like you signed up for it. No way could I tumble with long acrylics and long hair down to my ankles.
Anytime I was in dance, gymnastics or cheer my coach never sat in a chair giving me orders. She was up on the floor, spotting, standing, cheering, clapping, like she was part of us. That made such a difference for my spirit and morale. Not being yelled at, demeaned from the sideline.
these longs braids can really caused damage . either be bald or get a wig . not long braids that will be in the way of your thumbling and everything

I want to become a cheerleader one day or soon, watching Bring It & these other types of series give me the idea to practice and get more fitted. The ones who cheer-leads inspire and motivate me to not give up no matter how tired or hard the job is I need to be focused and follow the rules. If you're in cheer or willing to do so, please work hard and never give up no matter what

So I have some tips if you want them since I do cheer maybe they should wear the same color so like on what days they have practice they should wear black or red or white and shorts on no leggings. hair needs to be in a pony tail no talking unless told too no jewelry nor nails for safety:)
I love this team with all my heart but sometimes they just fall off they could be such an awesome team. Set the rules if you can make the last four practices without an excuse no fingernails no long hair no earrings and no lateness then you don’t deserve to be on that floor. Set those rules stick to them . You should whole practices and stunting then second time all dance third time Then perfected all together they need to know that when they’re in the gym it’s time to be serious you can play outside of the gym . The last two girls with tumbling passes don't have the stamina. I would switch them out with two other girls who do. If I can see how badly they're struggling the judges will see it. Overall they're making real progress. They looked much more cohesive. There's a couple who still play too much though and I think it encourages the others. Maybe think about finding a challenge course or some other team building activity so that they can learn trust in one another. It would really benefit your stunt groups. Your flyers always look like they're waiting to be dropped.

genuine question. i understand enforcing the rules and preparing to take the braids out but why is the girl still with them not pulling them back and out of the way while she tumbles at practice? is that not a safety issue?
I have complained since they first start showing up like that.
Goes for all the teams, idk why the coaches allow this, it's not cut and it's safety issues.
she said when the braids are pulled back it pulls her head too much, she said it messes up how her tumbles look. i can only assume when her hairs down she's more comfortable tumbling.

They need to listen because they know their coaches is gonna be strict when it comes to this … it’s actually crazy that these coaches has to teach some of these older girls how to act and not talk back cause you always respect grown adults ( expect for when they are disrespecting you or your mother).

The coach is tough but you have to be she also is caring and loves her girls. When she tells you your hair is to long its for your safety and your nails its for your safety and others . These girls are so good! But I think their stunts would be 100 times better if their coaches helped them more! But overall, they’re all such great cheerladers! Amazing tumbling and everything!!

azariah i think that’s her name (if not the girl in the spongebob spandexes) is literally my inspiration, i remember when i first noticed her, i couldn’t help but notice how good she was a tumbling, how she was always quiet, how she always did a good job of listening too and that made me look up to her and now i want to become a cheerleader even more! so thank you azariah, so sorry if i got your name wrong ❤️

Yep long hair can cause injuries and so can them nails. Cause we all know lifting someone and catching them with acrylics, one wrong turn and pop! Goes your natural nail and the fake nail. We don't need that.

I love to see my fellow sisters doing cheer❤️ I do suggest having the girls either having natural hair out or shorter braids. The one girl with shorter braids, her hair looks nice. All girls should have the same practice uniform and look together. I think it will make the team more cohesive. If they give attitude make them go run or condition. Overall a good team❤️

This goes for all the teams. These long braids have to go.its not cute to have braids that's close to the floor. And you are a cheerleader because you could get really really hurt,or hurt your team mate.
In reality nobody should have braids that long due to safety.
If you are going to have braids,then needs to be a length check in place

When I was incheer and gymnastics (I do dance now) my coach would actually get up show us how to do help us see how to do the move/stunt and didn't pressure us or anything

I will say that a couple of those girls need to put their hair up because it's dangerous. However my son has hair down to his arse and i dare somebody to cut it.
