Well, to be honest, all of it took me months! I didn't build the rail line all at once. As I built buildings, pixel art, and other miscellaneous things in the world, I also built track around those things. Then I'd build something else and put track around that, too. Before I knew it, I had a really long ride. Thanks for watching!

I made this in creative, so the block choice didn't add any work. I chose it to keep the minecart speed consistently fast and because I thought the red lines look cool against the dark night sky.

Not only is this already really long, but the footage is sped up slightly. Meaning that actually riding it takes longer than the video shows.
Thank you for watching. Video is not sped up, however. This was recorded on an earlier version of the game, before they reduced the speed of the railcar ride and ruined the straight- ahead visual direction of the railcar rider pov.

I once built a straight line and it took around 20 min to go from one end to the other. This is even sped up and it takes more than an hour! You placed like 10.000.000 rails I think?

Hi, thanks for watching! I don't really remember exactly, but I think I spent about 4 months making the ride itself, with occasional breaks to build stuff to look at.
