Hi CodeLense thanks for the tutorial , Can you please advise what should be the parent for the account I'm migrating from 24.0.4 to 25.0.6? Or any link to migrate account would be great.
Hey my friend when you get a chance , is there any change that would cause this setup to not work? After trying on my own project I downloaded yours from your Github and on docker-compose up there are a lots of attempts to create the Keycloak instance but eventually fails
Thanks for the video. How can we preview theme changes without having to rebuild and restart the container every time? It is a terrible development experience.
Indeed it is @Nikhil. Unfortunately from a Keycloak perspective that maybe a little bit of a challenge. From my end at least, what I normally do is have a separate html page with the changes I want, preview it, then once I'm comfortable with the way it is, then I just push it to Keycloak. A bit unorthodox but for now it keeps me going 😂😂
I think you can disable the temporarily cache (www.keycloak.org/docs/8.0/server_development/#creating-a-theme) in standalone.xml and map the keycloak theme folder to your dev folder.
This is what I was looking for. Customizing keycloak + docker
