This resonates with me. I’m a school teacher but I used to work at a government agency where I was isolated and bullied at that job . This was due to one of the managers liking but was extremely jealous of me. He slandered me along with a group of other colleagues. So I quit and then I got a different job as a tutor elsewhere. I met a teacher there and felt a beautiful connection with him even though we hardly interacted. Those colleagues also bullied me and my believe I was being set up, so o quit job too. Ever since that government job I had to quit teaching jobs due to being bullied at every school. Some students even joined the bullying. I’m at the point where I can’t stay at a job longer than a month due to bullying.
I do believe the fear of same incidents happen again. However, you have to try to get rid of that fear mindset and tell yourself you’d get a job where you are loved and valued. Do that before applying for new jobs 😇
