- Hello Everyone!
Here is to a day out enjoying sunshine and finger food in the park with my very favorite people! Most of the dishes were baked in the oven which made it a lot easy to be in the kitchen even on a sunny day and it wasn’t tiring at all as I had planned the whole of the picnic food tweaking and twisting the same ingredients in different forms creating Bakery Style Potato Buns( Just like the Iyengar Bakeries I miss them sooo much), Garlic bread, Mini Pizzas , Homemade Smoky Salsa, Healthy crisps, Berry fizz a drink, & Wraps which made us really full that we had to walk around the park 😊 and have also cleaned our car and added in a pouch of homemade car freshener Probably I’m marking myself as this the last sunny outing this summer and getting ready for Autumn!

You prepared the food. Cleaned the kitchen. Cleaned the car. Your kids and husband just got ready to picnic and enjoying well. Picnic is about families spending time together. However, you single handedly prepared everything. Maybe next time include them as well.
So much of thought and love has gone into this family picnic. Delicious home made food beautifully packed . Even the car is ready for the occasion. Wonderful mother, who is passing on a lot of skills to her daughters. They are blessed.

All the recipes are just perfect,can we skip egg while making the bread dough..
It's just that the buns wouldn't turn that soft so prefer using eggs!
