Flutes: Jeroen Goossens. Jeroen Goossens plays flute on Days 3, 5, 9, 14 and 18, alto flute on Day 2, bass flute on Days 5 and 14, panpipes on Day 6, descant and treble recorder on Day 13, didgeridoo on Day 16, bassoon on Day 18.
I had to listen closely a couple of times and realized he was talking about a band with a similar name: Metallium. They have a bass played by the name of Lars Ratz.
I must be one of the very few people who never really got THAT much into 01011001... My top 5 would be 1: Human Equation 2: Electric Castle 3: The Final Experiment 4: Universal Migrator part 1 5: 01011001
Arjen Lucassen plays: all electric and acoustic guitars, bass guitars, mandolin, lap steel guitar, keyboards, synthesizers, Hammond. Ed Warby (Gorefest) - all drums and percussion Additional keyboards and solos: Joost van den Broek (After Forever) - Synthesizer solo. Martin Orford (IQ, Jadis) - Synthesizer solo Ken Hensley (Uriah Heep) - Hammond solo Oliver Wakeman - Synthesizer solo
Which one of UM? Dream Sequencer or Flight on The Migrator? ;-) Anyway, there is no Ayreon album that 'sukssssss', but I consider 'Into the Electric Castle' as the best album and looking forward to 10101100.
The flute part at 0:53 - I love that
I'm usually into guitar and drum solos, etc, but that's one of my favourite solos in any song :3
I concur. The Human Equation is truly a masterpiece.
I love both Synth solos on this song. So. fucking. epic!
great job !
great, thanks!

That song is amazing!!!!

really? please tell him how much his solo in 0:52 :P I listen to it over and over since 2004 :P
THE is Ayreon's best album. But 01011001 is very, very close.
2:33 Una zampoña :')
exactly the same what i think. but to me they are both equal
Accident?
Not really "sukssssss" but i think the weakest is "Actual Fantasy". It's not bad, but not Ayreon, it's kinda "Ayrepop".
