    Looks like they've HOT RODDED that old Packard pretty good. Any car, even an old one, should be upgraded to a top notch electrical system and ignition system.

    Great video, I have a 41 Ford Tudor Deluxe and was looking at individual runtz like devices. This 2-6 volt batteries is way better, when you factor in the cost of these voltage reducing devices. I once had a 77 T Bird that I installed a GM alternator. I still have a Optima battery, 12 volt that is at least 13 years old, use in on lawn tractor.

    Why are the comments turned off with any vid newer than this one? The Mercedes OM606 vid needs to be updated to include the Gas M103 / M104 inline 6 because this is what the OM6060is based on. There are some 4 cylinder gas motors that share the same bell housing too
