Muhammad Athar FA09-BSTN here, and I highly disagree with checking Google Reviews for Umrah hotels.
Very logical reason: 98% people with good experience of a hotel will NOT bother posting a review on Google but 98% of the people with Bad review will MAKE sure that they post all their negative experience about the hotel. Therefore, the Google reviews are biased. This is very logical explanation.
To do research on the hotel you are always advised to do proper research regarding the hotel on RUclips.

I agree with you on Google reviews. But It can happen sometime. I checked the reviews on booking apps as well which were similar to Google reviews.
Secondly yes I did my research on youtube and connected with the people who did umrah recently on their own, and it was very helpful that I did it before I went there.

Saudi govt was closing the hotels and it closes every year nothing new about it, the reason is the License to Operate , they call it, "Ghair Musannif hotel". Some hotels operate without license and therefore if found, Saudi Govt will close them until the License is renewed.

Why cant you book two separate one way tickets ?
It's a requirement for Umrah Visa so you can't. If you do this before applying for umrah visa, you will not get it.

Meri information k mutabik voucher shirka ki trf se issue hota h. Her agent kisi na kisi shirka k through connected hota h jo visa or baki chezn krty hn. Voucher mn apka stay ka plan mention hota h like arival, departure, hotel or transport wagaira. Ager ap ny sirf visa agen k through lia h baki khud manage kr rhy hn tb bhi agent apko voucher de ga lekin wo transport or hotels mn self mention kre ga jo wazeh kre ga k shirka se sirf visa lia gya h.

Bro it was not my choice. The hotels that I choose was not on the panel of the agent. I was aware that this hotel is not good but itna zyada bura experience ho ga is ka idea nhi tha. Other than that everything was perfect.

It depends on your flight. Mere pass jaty hoy 3 ghnty ka transit tha lekin mera terminal change tha to 1 hour to terminal tk jany mn lg gya baki jb tk ehram pehna to boarding shro ho gai thi.

Turkish is better i am used to Emirates but now Emirates has foog with the south Indian smell i hate that this year i went to Hajj we went Turkish air there food is amazing and seats are comfortable

Please contact this person he will provide you taxi services and zyarat services as well, in both Makkah and Madinah. +966 57 566 8015. I did Madinah Ziyarat by contacting him and also form Madinah to Jeddah he provided taxi.
