Really doing great work! That was quite a job replacing the back boot piece. All this work will be totally worth it. I love my bugeye. But I miss doing all that metal work and stuff.

nice work, wish you were my neighbor, LOL. I have a '58 Sprite that really resembles your "before" video. Same colors and all. Also, a '59 that's a race car, but needs everything touched, and a '60 that needs only paint and reassembly. Would you be interested in an interview for the MG Car Club of Western NY's magazine? The articles will also be submitted to the Midget and Sprite Club for their monthly magazine. If so, let me know and I can shoot you an email.

Do you recommend a particular degreaser?

      Sorry it took so long.
I use ProForm, but have also used RM, Sikkens, and PPG degreasers.
There's a lot of good products, and not all of them are expensive. Just make sure to test their compatibility with your fillers, primers, and any plastic parts on a piece of scrap. Some degreasers are not compatible with certain products. .
