I have known last 3 years I was supposed to give message to the seventh day Adventist Church. I been running last 3 years . Tomorrow I will step towards my purpose and go to a seventh day Adventist Church and share a few things with the church. I just can't give the name the father cometh in .
Our Humble Calling August 4 " The Peril of doing Nothing. " Our church elder is 84 years old. Every church official election, she is always voted to be the elder because there is no one else to take the responsibility. She express to retire and finally someone accepted the duty. She felt happy and relieve and wanted to give up everything including the church keys ( deacons have the keys too)The other Elder ( there are two elders) said, no, dont relinquish everything. I heard something did something like that and he/she rested quick. I always wonder why old folks who used to be hard workers in their young days cannot stop working even though they are getting old. It's sometimes sad to know, our old folks in the church only slows down when their aging bodies give up. They thought they can still lift heavy things and when they do, their back breaks. They drive motorcycle and fall, and bones are broken making them stay in the house doing nothing. I guess at least, we must accept and know our body limits.
