Yes, the price is high but the payoff is great! I use it primarily for photographing special needs children with my Z9 and need the fast focus and extra image stabilization… these kids move fast. Coming from a D850 with the older 70-200 2.8VR the improvements are incredible. Enjoyed the video and can’t agree with you more about the lens and the silly LED display. Like you, I may have only used it a handful of times and just to check if I’m around either 85 or 105mm.
wow what a fun dirty event. I love this kind of gigs Dude, your videos look so clean. Good work V. Look at that sharpness and bokeh. its nice and bright. I've used this lens and its a great performer. The VR works amazing hand held .
It’s an extraordinarily sharp lens
Ya, very much a sharp lens.
My most used and loved combo for sport photography. 😍😍

Thanks for your feedback Patrick. I do enjoy the lens as it’s very versatile and produces outstanding images.
my fav lenses with 50 1.8 & 400 2.8
I haven’t used the 400 2.8 lens but certainly agree on the 50 1.8

Great work. Good to see you post a new video with Nikon content. Which cam/lens combo do you film with Vitaly?
This video was shot with Nikon Zf and 24-70mm f2.8. Thanks for your kind words.
