Hi Susan! Please check with your doctor about this. I have a hip replacement and these are part of my stretch routine-- but everyone is different. I think the most important thing to do is to stay consistent with the physical therapy that was prescribed. The right physical therapy routine will work on glute strength and hip mobility and that is key. All exercise should be individualized as we all are at different stages of life and healing. Please make sure you are taking care of yourself with the right exercises and program!
@wini-linguvic thankyou, yes I did the physio my surgery was 3 years ago, I do continue stretching exercises but I these would help in my range of motion I will start of slow and modify them until I have built myself up thanks again

what if any of these exercises should not be done if you have had both hip trannsplants
