Just a small correction: when putting the green and blue water lines back in, you don’t need the tool; just push them back into the holes

Thank YOU SO VERY much for having this video, as my plumber company didn't follow all the appropriate steps to reinstating our unit after being disconnected for about 7-8 years. They didn't do or inform that it needed to be flushed in the way you did/shown. They left saying it would take some time to fill up by itself. I/we trusted them, but they left us hanging on yet another thing. Upon their departure, I wasn't able to ever get to where I could use it without it beeping at me (error) even the next day.
In undoing my unit, flushing it properly, and then re-assembling, it now runs without any beeping or black water.

@Kanzen Александр Panasonic water filter are a lousy filter, you can try to open up the used filter to check the inside, and I bet you will not use them after that

@3:40 Haha, you just cut away! I had the same issue, the white ring does not get snug. It has a bit of play in it.

@@kieranrobinson7305 Oh man, I don't remember exactly what I did, I believe I finally concluded it was normal. Nothing was broken that I could tell and it doesn't leak. I recommend you just keep going, I don't think it's meant to be tight. Having said that, my unit kept beeping after I replaced the filter as though the filter needs replacement. I even took it apart and put it back together to try to make it stop, but no luck. I assume that's because the filter I used was a few years old, but possibly it's because I didn't reassemble it properly.
I reached out to Amway for support but they never responded. Water tastes fine, so worst case I'm drinking poorly filtered city water.

Hi. One question, my landlord added the new filter, but the far left blue light showing moving water does not display anymore, why would that be? Have the uv one

7:00 makes no sense. Why do you have to wait to attach the electronic top? If you've been running the water for 5 mins now, the top should detect the filter as working fine by now.

When I used so many TDS tester to test water after using your E Spring. The PPM figure show 289 to even 300 ? Meanwhile RO system show the quality of water below 50. The boiling water is 92

We have two of these units. My husband never swears until he has to replace the cartridges in these things. He is adroit and handy and knows how to replace and repair. EVERY time, these leak upon replacing the cartridges. Our eSpring units sit in foil baking pans beneath our sinks. We’re fans of the water. Hate the design.

After changing the filter successfully, why the red warning does not change to blue?
Did you see the troubleshooting videos?
For some reason, no water is coming out of the eSpring faucet after I reconnect the blue and green tubes and turned the cold water valve back on. (Cold water is coming out from the regular sink faucet so water should be running to the eSpring faucet as well and there aren't any leaks). Have you run into a similar issue?

You mean we don't need to use that light blue color tool gadget thing?..if not, then what are we suppose to use.
@@mandiegarrett1706 Just push the tubes in, the tool is needed only for removal.

I have replaced my cartridge several times in last 10+years but this time I am not able to. We recently moved and I had dried my cartridge and wrapped it in plastic wrap. Today when I tried to install it after removing.the plastic.wrap.it is not going back in the black top. I noticed how yours is going in with a click and then you just rotate it to tighten it. I know there is no trick or brute force to be applied. I wonder what could be wrong. Any insight or suggestions is appreciated.

Do you know why/what would cause the eSpring RO to beep out of the blue (like 1st thing in a.m. - not even having been used yet)? My re-installer didn't flush system at all & did it with the clear piece on & unit plugged in.

I did as the video says and it still beeps, it blinks “install cartridge” as if the new one isn’t already in there.

An you take a long electric cord extension?
You can always ask electrician to make an extension from the current power point, electrical extension cord may also work if it can be connected to your disposal unit
