Edit: also this was a amazing animation on how ultima and legendary really show there true power! Honestly I really hope there could be a part two of this considering how amazingly animated this is. The amount of true power ultima and godzilla have together is overwhelming. Even though godzilla technically beat up ultima, ultima always comes up stronger then he was last time which just shows how overwhelming he can be to godzilla. While godzilla finds weaknesses in his enemies while fighting ultima will use that against him

Ultima’s breath weapon has infinite energy aswell. I understand why people make Ultima a lot weaker because if it was canon strength lit nothing expect for other multi dimensional beings could ever harm it.

This is true but because legendary Godzilla does have an energy limit he would need help to charge anyting much more powerful than the hollow Earth blast
Don't get me wrong the damage output of the hollow Earth blast is extremely high to be able to puncture most of the way through the planet like that he can probably one shot about anything in his own universe and in many others
Manual for him to charge more than what we saw him doing the movie he's going to need something feeling him with as much energy as he's losing that so he can continue to charge stronger blasts
Maybe but I will say most Godzilla’s atomic breath attacks are very hot but have no force behind them legendary has both and you would need both of them to pull off something like the hollow earth quarry.

Honestly I imagine the next battle between the two are going to be more evenly match, since if Ultima dies and revives he will have a better understanding on how his opponent works and figure out more counter measure's. For example he can have tougher skin and more intelligent mind.
While legendary plans and examines his opponent, Ultima could plan while battling. Honestly is a very hard thing to see or imagine.
Ultima might be as tall as Legendary in the next round. He may also understand how to do melee combat better which is legendary's main weapon along with his super strong atomic breath
In reality he wouldn’t really die either way since, y’know, Non-Archetype kaiju die to Red Mist.
