I know that a lot of new small engines say 10% ethanol is OK, but it's not. You will be way better off if you use ethanol free gas. Ethanol is like a magnet to moisture. It sucks moisture right out of the air into your gas tank and then it gets in your carb and over time turns to sludge and clogs things up. Ethanol is also harder on plastic and rubber parts like o rings and hoses.
The key to long term success is draining the fuel and using pump saver when you’re ready to store it. Most negative reviews are self inflicted. I use fuel stabilizer too.

Have you had any issues with washer turning off almost immediately? Bought one new and having this issue.

so far so good... I have since drained fuel ..... and flushed the pump and added the "pump-stuff" for storage. No more plans to use in 2024
