In my (non-important) opinion, this is your best cover. Maybe because of the orchestra or I like satori, I really don’t know why but it’s good

[honest confession I don’t know much about Touhou 100% I just love the music and stories of the characters]
There’s something about this song that hits hard… the idea whoever Satori is singing to might have been someone who was a close friend [or maybe family], aware that this person fears Satori more any other feeling…
“This isn’t going the way I had planned.”
Maybe Satori didn’t plan to find these secrets- it might have been harmless at first…
Yet this person refuses to acknowledge this. They keep telling Satori one thing but mean the absolute opposite… and this would be an endless loop of ‘I know what you really are thinking’ and so many arguments.
It makes sense why Satori surrounds herself with so many animals and creatures such as Okuu and Rin, devoid of human/youkai judgement. Which is unfortunate, as it suggests that majority of Gensokoyo manage to be very critical and fearful of Satori. I haven’t gotten far enough into the stories to know of Satori ever meets a stranger who isn’t afraid of her, but that’d probably be too good to be true.
The lyrics are beautiful in such a haunting and melancholy way.
And the piano and flute’s short notes give off the feeling of someone who is afraid to speak, afraid to speak out because they’re afraid that they might say too much, while the violin and brass give off the image of Satori having had enough hiding.
An amazing masterpiece of song.

the lyrics and the singing got me really involved, and this remains great from the start to the end (especially the last part, which is my favourite)
