Really liked this cover a lot. It is an extremely emotional and beautiful piece of music for a very emotionally rich film. My only small critique would be that there was a change to the ending of this cover as opposed to the original. If you listen to the original, the music does not resolve to the tonic chord, leaving the listener with this unresolved tension and sense of loss in the midst of the beauty of the song that I feel goes really well with the ending and themes of the film. In this cover, the piano resolves to the tonic chord which while still beautiful in its own way for me kind of misses that very intentional feeling of loss that the original version always leaves me with.
