I have a suggestion for people who tried and failed. Close your eyes when you are about to go to sleep, then build a scene in your head and imagine the year and everything else you want to go back to. This will work because you can experience stuff that you did in the past that you want to do again.
I want to go back to January 27, 2024 on Saturday, something happened to me that made me very depressed and unmotivated. And I really want to go back and prevent that from happening.

Agree. I tried for few months ago everyday. I always want to go back in the 2000s when I was young toddler and child, my mistakes that I want to fix what I did wrong, I shouldn’t be on computer all the time when I was at home, never being lazy, also when I was in elementary school, during in class time no need help by my friends I used to see them until I turned 12, (Because I moved away close to the airport.) learning how to do homework on my own, and not to talk about gun stuff ever again.
During these days my life is so boring because of being stuck at the adult ed school with weird people exact just like the other side of the building (Alternate High School) where I used to be stuck there for the last 8 years, I was supposed to be in my 3 year when I was 14, also boring there, some of them didn’t do well on exam at their previous school, same neighbourhood in the nord.

Hey Derek, good questions. The Spell is only intended, to go back for short amount of time. A small window of time. To correct or undo something, that needs to be changed.
But, i am actually working on a Spell to create your desired past. This is intended to be a healing Spell, not in the sense to go back there physically. But to change your past internally, delete negative believes and traumas, caused through past experiences.
Because everything from the past, are just feelings and memorys. It's energy, and energy can be transformed.
