Really strong final imo. That said, Yaswede absolutely destroyed it. I don’t think Matej really stood a chance. Yaswede’s rounds were simply more impactful, powerful, and original.
I'm going out on a limb here to say this, but Matej didn't beat Syjo, Syjo messed up his second round and the judges penalized him for it, making Matej "Win" the semifinal
@@TheOtherYoungBlood Indeed, it was all sketchy to ask him if that was a mistake and then confirm it afterwards. If Syjo didn't tell them it was a human error they might not have noticed that
@@biimurzaev if the judges couldn't notice that was an error they shouldn't have been judges, syjo very clearly went over time and cut off at a weird part, if anything asking if it was a mistake was throwing him a bone for the chance to redeem himself
Yaswede was good but Matej was horrible this entire competition. At least last year he dropped good rounds and trolled, this year was just all terrible rounds. He beat Banon and Syjo because they beat themselves
