Actually it has a supposedly "secret" God power. If your impact to Longinus is too harsh it has a chance of going straight to the burst point but very low chance of not bursting. This makes it unburstable and when you take it after battle you just turn it to original. I think nightmare was also the creation of burst stoppers.

I feel like Nightmare Longinus is meant to reduce the amount of scape a bey does after big hits in order to maximize attack. Like after big hits usually both beys are tilting and moving fast and because they can’t straighten out fast enough they start to scrap and lose almost all stamina they have so the attacks get weaker but with this not only does the disk on the driver keep it up right and straightened but it’s also free spinning so it doesn’t lose much stamina from correcting itself. I’d say this is gonna be a heavy hitter with decent stamina

i like the gimmick with the heads and wen it almost burst it has has two major smash points and if a bey hits the moving dragon head it can regain clicks,same with a regular bey if it hits the disc
