So an older woman has more balls than a fraudator nothing new there. But him following her around is absolutely harassment. He had her image, and he didn't have to follow her everywhere. They really need to start making laws about filming like this and abusing the 1st amendment. Because fraudators have twisted that 1st amendment beyond the true meaning of it that it's actually lost its meaning now.
The existing laws will do just fine. With this video (this particular video.) he will be prosecuted and convicted. Just like DeCastraty, he will be convicted by his very own documented evidence.. Thank God, these Fools are this foolish.

So….this little lady a foot shorter than him, maybe 120 pounds, *attacks* him so severely that he 1) doesn’t pepper spray him 2) doesn’t call the police 3) doesn’t ask for help in the post office 4) continues to follow her and badger her for a significant amount of time 5) calls her *sweetheart* 6) actively threatens and harasses her. But *he’s* the victim?

But, thank goodness, it doesn't matter, this POS just videoed/documented a criminal act. He likely will be convicted for it too. She not once threated him, he made non stop threats to her. Edited to add: To be clear, she was in the wrong as well, but he started this and then he escalated the situation further.
He isnt on the public sidewalk. He is loitering on post office property. The post office needs to be sued by the victims for allowing this behavior (frauditors harassing patrons) on their property.

Actually, that's not a "public sidewalk." That's a walkway solely intended to get in and out of that post office. Back in 1990, the Supreme Court held that therefore it is considered an extension of the Post Office itself and is considered a nonpublic forum.

Not too far after this incident, he got knocked on his ass by an irate bank customer while he was sticking his camera in the windows of a bank in downtown Olympia. He was really pissed at the lackadaisical response from the police that responded (they know him in the department from the U-haul incident) . The last two vids he's posted are of that incident and the police report analysis. I think this last incident will do him in and we probably will not see him fruaditing again ...just my guess. The gofundnme request he posted in order to replace his equipment that got damaged in that altercation has had very little response.
If you keep on changing directions as you are walking and someone keeps on following you, that is stalking. That is a criminal offense. This channel needs to get educated on even basic laws.

They need repeat offender status for trespass and harassment etc. double the charges every time. no one will ever do it more than a few times when after 1,2,4,8,16,32,64, the 6th time they are getting charged 64x the base charge.
