Dang. When he said that's the "Traditional Japanese Father," hit me home because that's my Filipino Dad.
It might be a whole Asian thing, tbh. I feel a lot of Asian dads were never loved, so they never learned how to show love and hence why they are so distant.

@@Justin1988Johnson Yea I don't doubt Steve worked hard but the fact is his dad was a millionaire so even if he failed at whatever he did he was gonna have a gigantic safety net. Not trying to deride his success but it'd be better if Steve just acknowledged like yea my parents were rich so I had some advantages.

He got nothing. If you do a little research, his stepmom has full control his dad's estate. His lesser known siblings were still trying to sue the stepmom when I last read about it years ago. Not sure what the outcome is. Steve is worth over 100 mil. He doesn't need his dad's money. His sister actress sister also doesn't need the money.
