We have in the shop bins with an RFID tag. When it’s empty you throw it in a container which it’s equipped with an antenna. When it senses a RFID tag it adds a row on the order list. It’s also foolproof.

Love it, been through so many stages with order replenishment, we now have several stream decks with custom buttons, they automate emails and order confirmation and date comes up on a screen now so everybody knows
