And yessss diners drive ins and dives "the hunch" is the perfect stance! To get a thinner burger use something with weight to press it down like a heavy bottom pot. The burger worked so well because it literally hit every flavor note, you could also do a spicy jam or jelly like a pepper jam to add some heat. Great video guys!
