One idea for many characters would be a Steampunk Theme. Many already are kinda steampunk but could be more overtly so. Others could just look good with some steampunk aesthetic.
Pai mae feng mao. Also, steampunk is a great theme. Gadget would look good in a top hat and monocle, with her steam powered arm. Steel as a walking steampunk century.
A Medieval plate armor theme would go hard on some characters. Something like a knight-themed Shellshock Gadget but for other characters. Even just a sci-fi armor theme would be cool to see.
We need a deck builder and ability builder for heroes like smite because going over all items is annoying especially in ranked And decent banning for afk especially in ranked

I want to see a zinx actually support and people stop wasting builds by trying to make her carry. She does not scale true attack speed. Bih always shoot slower. She only has two moves that do damage. How can she be ment to do anything other than support. She can give health directly. If just wanna shoot with basic all day. Then use her anywhere else. Its always a loss at midgame. At the end she is behind someone and dying last because she is not built to heal and keep alive people.

I have two grown sons, one of which plays Predecessor better than I. I remember walking four miles to my friend Darren's house to play Pong on his new Atari. I played Paragon and saw it collapse. I hurt when it went away as it may happen with this game. It an become an esport of the highest caliber if we as a community choose to be better. As others on this Subreddit have posted, there is a lack of sportsmanship in Predecessor I am surrounded by friends and admirers. This was one of the retorts of the white knights that I (as a kid one person said) should get friends and that it was the loneliest post in the world. I was told to go make friends online even though I specifically said why I do not do this in my original post. I do not want to be part of the problem. I work, in part, with pattern recognition and can only talk about the patterns I see in the future of Predecessor. I love being told "Git Gud" (sic). I have even adopted it has a salutation. I hope all of you get good in the game, in life, in careers. To end my proactive caveats. All of my respondents did the same thing. It is always easier to attack the messenger than deal with the message. Not one responded to the issues I raised and I think it is because there is no valid response. I am not saying do not play with your friends in a team game. I am saying if you stack play against other stacks. How is what you are doing sporting? Say you go to an open gym to play a few games of basketball. It is just you. When you get there there is a college basketball team having an unsupervised practice session. Because of their familiarity and communication they are trouncing everybody else. Is this sporting? Is the team getting anything out of it except a good laugh and a heavy sweat? Please answer. I would not want to be either the stomped or the stomper. That is not sporting. So enjoy your time with your “friends.” While it lasts you all will have a lot of laughs at the expense of some young kid who is trying the game and getting bullied so you can have a laugh. Nobody likes to be bullied and that person is not coming back. That kid may have gone on to be a champion and now? So in a year or two you may have to go play something else to get your bully fix. The game will be gone. And just to let you all know. As an older player we are better able to zero out our ego. I raise these things so that Others may have a better time playing and choose to become part of our community. I hope all who get good go one to be in the Predecessor Hall of Fame. (Because it will mean that Predecessor is successful. So we can choose to not bully newbies. We can choose to sacrifice our short-term "ranking" to make sure that future players will have opportunities we never will. I started playing disc golf in the late 1980s and now all this years later disc golf is something I saw all those years ago. Predecessor has this potential. If we as players help it along. I do what I can. When I play Standard I know there will be new players or less experienced players. So I fill Others can play their favorite role. I try to help Others get kills and stay alive. And I have other things I do to fight Stackers. If I recognize I am facing a Stack, I begin to do nonviolent resistance. I do not fight the Stack. I play passively. Because Stacker do not understand sportsmanship. A stack must depend upon the other side putting up with their bullying. We solo/duo players do not have to play along. I would encourage all of you to just not play the stacker/bully game and let the stack win quick. They won't be able to pad their stats or complete their builds when the game is not being played by the opposite team facing the stack. And yes I do the same if I ever find myself part of a stack. So if you see a player when stacking who is trying to destroy their own tower or not engaging in a fight you want to have, walking away o you cant take towers and inhibs, that is probably me but hopefully it will be more solo-duo players sick of being bullied. I WILL NOT PROVIDE SPORT TO STACKERS. Without others you cannot play the game, think hard on that Stackers What is said: I want to be able to play with my friends. What we solo/duo players hear: I want to be able to bully players. I want to continue to have an unfair advantage so I can bully other players. I cannot win without the advantage given to me and will not be able to laugh at other players who do not have the same advantage as I do with my friends. I do not want to be part of the solo/duo experience because I will then be bullied and not do the bullying. I address things as they are; stackers essentially cheat. We see you. You are seen. Please explain to me how having a stack would not give you an advantage in ranked. An unfair advantage that not everyone wants or can match. Look in the mirror you know the truth about yourself. Because new players have to play in Standard Mode before Ranked Mode, they encounter stackers (cheaters) while learning the game and get spanked because of the unfair advantage that you stackers never address. Then they never come back. I wish stacking was not allowed in Standard or Ranked. You stackers can use the tools of the 21st Century by creating Facebook Groups, Reddit Subreddits, and many other social media to organize scrimmages against other stackers. Oh, you do not want to do that because it would be too difficult? In addition, playing against another stack means you do not have the advantage (cheat) that allows you to bully other players and drive new ones away. Eventually stacks will lead to the demise of Predecessor as it has done in Paragon and Fault. And let us be honest with one another; most stacks are not friends or mates. Most stacks are comprised of people coming onto this subreddit and LFGing because they are sick of being bullied by stackers. If you cannot win against them, then join them. Making the problem worse.
The skins are great but overpriced. I'd prefer to see a new map to keep things fresh and maybe rotate them like apex legends do. I'm nervous this game will get stale and lose players
I am trying to understand why the game's full release didn't include build diversity at the beginning, no player expression with pots I can't change, and the same tier 1 item for the last year of this game's existence.

No chance we can get the rotary system back, the choice to put your power spikes early or late game based on where you put the stones felt like you had more options in game, along with items you can lose on death, more active items. I just feel like my genuine build options are more limited than paragon near its end. If im a carry i build dmg, if im mid i build ability dmg, the most open ended build feels to only come from support. Building armor over health or vice versa feels less relevant, as well as building dmg over attack speed
Please make a new map instead of monolith because this map suck and so basic AND DONT BRING BACK LEGACY MAP make a original predcessor map to brand ur game and make it unique ❤❤❤❤❤❤
