Hello Sir, Thank you so much for this video, this is really a need. as you said 7:20 for C band will get 4-6 percent hike, I got C but but my lpa is increased only 2 percent.....can you please tell me how?

If you are a new join in a team in that case they can give you a 2 % hike. It depends on the manager and HR

I completed one year in TCS in October 2023. After that my HR told me that I am eligible for appraisal for FY 23-24 under PE (project end) category. I got an IPF of 4.36. However, on Speed it says no band has been released for you for 2023-24. Any idea about this?

Yes for the first year in tcs you will only get a rating not band. But you will get a hike

If you are fresher then you will get a hike in July but if you are not fresher then you will get a hike in the 2026 cycle
